Enjoy working with the team.
Every property we have is different, so it has been helpful where we rolled out GlideParcs that they have helped tailor to the specific property.
Our customers who are not use to Smartphone apps or texting have struggled with instructions. So getting the info in the garage to be clear for customers has been a challenge.

It has opened up my parking facilities to transient parking with no hardware costs and therefor has increased parking revenue.
It has minimal steps for parkers to initiate a session and I love that people can extend their time without going back to the parking facility. I also love that it reduces lines at a pay station or waiting to enter or leave a parking facility.
I can't think of much. The only small thing is that because I am an Admin, I get an email for each of my parkers each month for renewal. It would be nice if they were consolidated into one email.

As a manager, I routinely have challenges gaining full access to my account and the spaces allocated within the system.
Adding new customer accounts is very easy, and user friendly as was deleting accounts
Changing account information, specifically, user accounts are tied to email address...there is no easy means of changing an account email address without incurring penalty

Positive, ease of use, great support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
The platform is relatively easy to use. The support I've received from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] with Premium Parking is EXCEPTIONAL!
None that I can think of but in truth, I don't really work with parking software on a regular basis.
