Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Indio overview
What is Indio?
Indio is a cloud-based solution, designed to help commercial insurance agents, brokers and agencies digitize insurance application and renewal processes. It includes an activity tracking module, which sends alerts when clients sign-in, update information, sign forms or submit documents. Besides, its data standardization functionality allows users to import data from spreadsheets or supplemental forms and store them in structured formats.
Indio comes with digital forms, which automatically map common data points across multiple forms to avoid duplicates across questions. The solution offers a host of features including an application forms library, document sharing, file upload portal, eSignatures, shareable forms, one-click submissions, role-based access, and more. It allows businesses to secure data with AES-256 encryption and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Besides, it enables multiple departments to complete relevant sections and update information using a centralized dashboard.
A white-label platform, Indio lets managers create a personalized portal with logo, colors and themes. Plus, teams can customize forms by hiding individual sections to gather specific information from clients. It integrates with various agency management systems (AMS) and third-party applications such as Vertafore AMS360 and Salesforce.
