The platform's key features include dispatch and scheduling, order processing, financial analysis, warranty and contract management, and invoicing. The mobile workforce management module allows businesses to monitor the location of technicians via GPS, as well as optimize routes, fix rates, communicate with team members, and create schedules using mobile devices.

SERVTRAC offers reporting and analysis functionality, which enables enterprises to analyze data, performance, availability, security, progress, and operation costs via an interactive dashboard, Power BI and KPIs. The platform integrates with various third-party services such as Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Web Services, and Microsoft SQL Server.
