Tally-I/O is a cloud-based forestry solution designed to help Sawmill businesses manage inventory and accounting. Key features include Log and Lumber inventory tracking, dynamic pricing options, production tracking, barcode scanning, yard management, and reporting.
The platform enables employees to measure Logs via Doyle, Scribner, and International Log volume rules and set up prices based on Species or Log grade or the individual Log. Tally-I/O allows users to create individual Packs, assigning boards and completion marks automatically and Create Loads of Logs. Administrators can use the solution to grant role-based permissions to staff members, allowing specific users to manage stock levels, change Log prices and handle Pack entries on the yard. Plus, it helps crew members sort Logs by adding time and date stamps, generate custom reports, and evaluate profits or losses incurred.
Tally-I/O lets managers track employee work progress and location, monitor Log Load movements, and identify high-performing workers through analytics. The system also allows supervisors to tag Logs and Packs by location or custom numerical order and measure productivity in real-time.
