Pros

It also has good flexibility for making up orders. The company is great to work with - their support is excellent and they listen well to improvement requests.
Our onboarding specialist is amazing and she has done an awesome job with helping us get everything up and running.
Excellent Customer Service, very open to help, reply back when you ask about a problem is super fast. System is very friendly.

Pros

Drastically cuts labor costs and improves efficiency by seamlessly tying together sales and operations in one program that is easy to use. Excellent customer service helps with any needs that come up.
It’s a great company with superb staff and customer service/training pros. They care about their jobs and it shows.
If and when I see anything that I would like to change, they are great at taking suggestions and implementing them. It's a constantly evolving software which is great.

Cons

I think the worst part of the transition has been the pandemic and coordinating two teams.
If I could add any feature it would be automatic review capturing for google and Facebook. Other softwares can do this and filter out the bad ones.
The only downside is the reporting is a bit limited. I use Quickbooks desktop and I need to pull a lot of info manually to enter into quickbooks, because the reports can't export it all.

Cons

I am very disappointed with their customer service and how they have taken my business's money for future services I do not need.
I may be mistaken, believe they have plans for this in the future.
All of our inventory with pictures is in one place. No more searching folders for pictures to put on quotes.

Great product that helps our business

We are now able to schedule staff and transportation directly within TapGoods PRO's system. Our previous vendor did not offer this option. TapGoods PRO has also drastically reduced the amount of admin time and paperwork for each event.

Pros

TapGoods PRO makes my job easier. I am able to quickly check availability of products, send invoices and prepare event paperwork for our warehouse and delivery teams.

Cons

We've been using TapGoods for about six months and no complaints so far! Their team is quick to respond and always open to suggestions to improve their product.

Pros

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and crew were super helpful when we were looking at making the switch to TapGoods PRO. They are very knowledgable and after we made the switch to TAPGoods PRO, they did a great job training our staff on the new software. The software is very customizable to your business/industry. It is also very easy to scale depending on size, all while maintain company standards.

Great Tool to Automate our Business

Overall a very positive experience and one that has helped streamline our business.

Pros

TapGoods Pro has been a great tool for us and a definite upgrade from our previous software. The ease of use, the email template options and the ability to send our clients a link to sign and pay their order has limited the amount of time we spend going back and forth with clients and has automated and streamlined our process. The support team has been great and answering our questions and they continue to push new features and upgrades to the software. While we aren't currently using it we are excited about the possibility of upgrading to the TapGoods Storefront in the future to connect our website and our software - fully integrating everything.

Cons

There are a few features we'd love to see added to the software but have already told the support team about it and we are confident they are items that will make it into the development schedule as they have been very good to address any requests we have had.

My experience with Goodshuffle has been outstanding and not only do they help you get started but are there for you every step of the way. This company wants to see small businesses grow and they give you as much support as possible to do so.

Pros

Goodshuffle Pro is very intuitive and easy to use and functions as an inventory management and CRM system, accounting and banking platform and a team and project management resource. In my opinion it is one of the best and most highly integrated softwares for the event rental industry. Terrific customer service from the moment you start your trial to full integration.

Cons

Nothing...I like everything about Goodshuffle Pro.

Having all the information the client needs to know to make an informed decision on a single screen (Proposal, Contract and Payment link).

Cons

Sometimes creating a new contract and payment policy can be cumbersome because the features are somewhat hidden.

Overall, I have been happy with Goodshuffle Pro and love using it daily.

Pros

The software is so easy and intuitive to use! The estimates look very professional and it is easy for the customer to sign the contract and pay online making my job less time consuming. The inventory management system is so helpful and helps me keep track of the items going out so we do not double book items. Also, the logs to see what the customer has done to interact and pay is helpful when you are having issues with a client's payment.The customer support is friendly and helpful.

Cons

I wish I could see more of the credit card processing process or be able to use Stripe directly if needed to run a credit card that we are having issues with. There is no number to call with Stripe for customer support.

Pros

This software is wonderful all around. From the inventory to the billing. I find this to be a user friendly software.

Cons

The one thing I would like is to be able to have two emails for the customer. One for the customer and one for the planner

Overall, I've add a great experience with Goodshuffle Pro! They are super fast to respond and are always helpful with any questions that I have.

Pros

I LOVE that GS pro is integrated with Google (especially google maps). We do 30-40 events on a busy Saturday. So having strong logistics is very important. Having a quick Google map overview helps a lot. Also, the ease of adding (and editing) inventory items is huge to me!

Cons

- Staffing. I haven't found a strong staffing solution with GS pro.-Cross rental items. You can add cross rental items to GS pro, but there isn't a great financial spot to add in what our companies cost would be for said cross rental item. - Quick Books. It seems that you HAVE to use quickbooks to achieve the full effects of GS pro. We don't use quick books, so that makes it a little more difficult

Overall, we have been very pleased with our decision to migrate over. I like how the the payment system works.

Pros

GoodShuffle Pro really helps to streamline multiple business functions. The tutorials and access to customer service has been amazing.

Cons

There is nothing major, it would be nice if we wanted to discount a product, we had the option to lower the price no not apply a percentage discount and still have the system recognize it as a discount. I also would like it if there was a feature to check a box to tell the system not to charge additional deposit if a client adds a product after booking. I don't like to charge them an additional 30% deposit for the addition of a $10 table. Right now, when this happens, I have to update the deposit terms to a flat fee matching their original deposit.

Pros

Goodshuffle Pro is easy to customize to my business. It has a very professional look and keeps my events organized.

Cons

Although they are constantly improving and adding features, there are still a few things that would benefit my business that I'm not able to include. Other than these specific line items that apply to my business, everything else is great!

Goodshuffle Pro has allowed us to visualize our business and its ease of use has made our field crews become more efficient.

Pros

We looked at numerous platforms and Goodshuffle was by far the best solution. Easy to use and great support form the GS team made it a great choice.

Cons

We haven't found any major deficiencies in the software. A routing capability would be a great add and we've discussed that with the Goodshuffle team.

Overall this product has been great for Event Lab. And support is very quick and easy.

Pros

Very easy to integrate and use this product. Goodshuffle Pro has increased our productivity immensely, especially on small events and rentals.

Cons

We would like to see more flexibility with payment policies & the cancellation policy. We would also like to be able to pick and choose which line items groups are used to calculate logistics percentages.

A Powerful Tool for the Event Industry

Where other programs we have tried feel clunky, Goodshuffle Pro just works. For folks in the event industry, this program really does seem to have every detail thought through and then some! Absolutely thrilled that we decided to partner with Goodshuffle Pro and excited to run our business more easily and efficiently because of it!

Pros

Intuitive software, top notch customer service, competitive pricing. Almost every question I have with the software is easily answered. If there are certain features that do not work exactly as I anticipated, the customer service reps work with us to find an alternate solution. It is so satisfying to build out our inventory in the program and organize everything digitally for the first time. Absolutely love the ability to add multiple images to each line item that a client can click through.

Cons

We would love to build out packages to automate some things, but don't like the fact that the the pricing of the sub-items is not visible on the client side. For us, it's helpful to have this itemized pricing so that clients can see how we are getting to the lump sum of the package.

The mere function of booking event orders is fully solved through Goodshuffle pro through the online booking process. It is easy to use and looks great too!

Pros

We love Goodshuffle Pro for many reasons, but some of the most important reasons are due to the ease of creating custom proposals for our clients in an efficient way that doesn't waste time but is thorough enough to build trust with our clients. Goodshuffle Pro makes Render look incredible through its website integration that makes our website look professional, proficient, and functional while looking great!

Cons

While Goodshuffle Pro has incredible features in the inventory management, ease of booking, and integrations, it is missing critical parts of the operations side of the business in a day to day basis. The cost of doing business and getting the inventory to the venues and what vehicles and what people to take it are all critical pieces missing to the full circle event management.

Pros

Goodshuffle Pro is well designed and easy to use. Integration with our website is great and all client facing interactions/messages look amazing. Their customer service is next level as well. Someone is always willing to help if you have questions or run into an issue very promptly.

While Goodshuffle Pro seems to be growing they are still missing many key features other rental software already has. They do take feature suggestions though.

The Goodshuffle Pro team is attentive, knowledgeable and quick to assist in any way possible. The savings on the labor and time far outweigh the cost of the service.

Pros

The dynamic and easily edited quotes with pictures and details make an impressive impression on the consumer. The QuickBooks sync feature saves hours of invoicing and accounting time weekly and the reporting tools and logs let me keep up with my team at all times.

Cons

I love it tracks sales by a client but would love it for the software to track sales by the company as well as clients sometimes leave and start work at a new business.

We implemented Goodshuffle Pro for our event rental business towards the end of 2019. It has increased the overall efficiency of our business and minimized potential mistakes. Pros: Easy to use Fast Intuitive Great support

Cons

I haven't had many issues. When I've had questions in the past, the support has answers for me very quickly.

Pros

I love that I do everything in one place! I can manage my inventory, send quotes, view client information, and manage my contracts. I also love the support I get from the Goodshuffle Pro team.

Cons

Adding your inventory can be a little tedious. But it’s worth all of the effort!

Pros

Using Goodshuffle pro helps me get more done in a timely manner. From creating new items and having them on our site in one click is so much faster than doing it twice. Clients love the ease of updates, signing and paying with one link

Cons

Signature block needs to be able to edit by the user as a default.

Pros

Goodshuffle Pro is so well designed! The flow for us and our clients is extremely easy and makes so much sense. The software allows us to easily keep track of our inventory and client information. On top of that it looks great and modern.

Cons

Many features like delivery routing, and sellable item tracking are missing. We are confined these will be adding in the near future though.

Quoting and Accounting has never been so easy!

The onboarding process and continuing education with the GS Pro team is truly awesome. They are so fast and helpful. They have answers and solutions for everything. It was very easy to transfer past client data and get started with the new software. We had little to no downtime in the transition.

Pros

We love the ease of creating custom quotes and the look of them. The portal makes it so easy to communicate with clients and make adjustments in real time. Plus it so easy for them to make payments and auto-pay. Huge time saver! The program is so easy to use and the support team is AMAZING!

Cons

We would like more customizability of auto emails and templates for emails to clients.

Simple but yet powerful.

As a small company with a growing market, we needed a product that would save us time in managing our inventory while allowing us to close the saw with customers. Goodshuffle Pro is an easy to use product that has saved our company time while improving our sales and overall customers’ satisfaction.

Pros

I love the inventory management and tracking feature of this software. This has allowed us to save time and money by assisting clients with their need so faster while having a stronger understanding of our company’s inventory.

Cons

The software is still in the developmental stages of creating a website integration. Having this feature would streamline information about our customers, who place online orders, to one central location.

Goodshuffle Pro for the Win

I was previously using RW Elephant to generate proposals, but I was on the hunt for a better product that offered more. I was looking for something that had a strong proposal presentation, inventory tracking, and easy to use software at an affordable price. I tried out a few different softwares before finding Goodshuffle Pro. I've been very impressed by their product, but I'm even more hooked on their incredible customer service. Their company culture is consistent across the board and it's apparent that they genuinely care about their customer's success. Whenever I reach out to their team with a question or issue, they respond extremely fast and always make it right. I'm so grateful that I found Goodshuffle pro and I would highly recommend them! 

Pros

I like most that the software meets my needs of being easy to use, affordable, tracks inventory, and has a clean interface.

Cons

I do wish that they had a mobile app for my team to use in the field. I may be mistaken, believe they have plans for this in the future.

There many softwares out there, but this one is very customizable and you can use it for multiple things in your business is very versatile, the best thing ever is the integration with quickbooks because it gives me the breakdown per item, service, etc, at the end of the year. allowing me to see all my data and make the best decisions ever.

Pros

I run an events company that produces from weddings to corporate events and we manage everything from rentals to decor and florals. Goodshuffle Pro. help us to manage and expand our portfolio of clients, is easy to use for all our staff , the value added to my business is way beyond its price, great customer service.

Cons

Putting in all my inventory with dimensions and pics is very tedious but worth it.
