So full 10 points to the customer service. They intoduce new features to the software all the time so I'm confident that in the near future the software is going to go from excellent to outstanding.
There are still many defects that make daily activities very difficult, many errors and the customer support is unable to give advise/help in these problems.
The amazing customer support and ease of writing medical records. Ease of customization, templates.
I can not understand how came cloud is so much worst than net.
Easy to use, nice feedback system and pleasant aesthetic.
If you make a mistake with invoicing or need to cancel the invoice it is a little bit clunky and time consuming to offer credit notes etc.
Having everything online and being able to access the system anywhere (with internet) is so helpful. Stock control is useful once it's set up correctly.
So functions are not so obvious and there is too many different ways to achieve the same action. So for instance you can book an appointment at least 3 ways which can be confusing.
The support is great, they go above and beyond to make sure I am getting the most out of the software.
Still struggling with stock levels and batch control. Not quite integrated with Covetrus.
Having used a number of PMSs, I never fail to be impressed by the ease of use of the software, and intuitive functionality.
Very messy user panel, several clicks for simple tasks, the overall feeling is "I am lost. E.g finding lab or pathology results is sometimes just not possible, you don't find the path.
I liked that one can set the price I bougt for and than figure out a price. Before I never knew that and I have been working as a veterinary surgeon for almost 20 years.
Yet it seems like it is a pre pre ß-version. For the vets and the clinic- it slows down tasks, make the process messy and worst of all, you are not sure if everything was covered.
Patient remission feedback e-mail system is good.
I also like the fact that it seems to be constantly evolving and embracing suggestions and new ways of working.
I like how simple it is to use. I generally use this when typing clients notes, adding histories/lab results, booking appointments/repeat meds and pricing things up.
Some ready integration with lab- and payment solutions.

The texting feature is what I liked the most about this software. I love how easy it is to use and you can copy the messages and import or paste them into patient files.
The lack of support is my highest criticism. I don't have a dedicated person or people to help navigate problems and also to present new features and education.
We have been pleased with VitusVet as a company and with their software. Their staff is always responsive and helpful.
Difficult customer service, and sometimes doesn’t sync up properly.
I find it fairly easy to use and our clients who use it, like it. The customer service team is very friendly and eager to help - which says a lot about a company.
At this time I do not find any cons with the system. The company responds to my requests and questions fast and has resolved problems quickly.
When I initially signed on with them, I was impressed with ways they were looking to expand services to better assist the veterinary clinics.
The medical records are available for viewing too soon. Not flexible appointment request options.
Overall it is a good program and the tech support is awesome and gets back to you right away.
Being a mixed practice with 6 doctors, our phones are always ringing, so being able to schedule from the computer helps greatly. We are trying out the texting feature and we love it so far.
While doing everything curbside, we've utilized the texting more than we thought we ever would. Appointment and med requests are easy to read and follow up on, the UI is fantastic.
Vitus Vet is very user friendly. We especially love the 2-way connect (texting platform), as it integrates with our practice management software.
It helps us to increase our revenue through increased compliance. It has eased our reminder process and appointment confirmations, saving critical admin time.
Starting to integrate this with telemedicine where clients can text pet pictures with questions. It is also a great appointment reminder tool.
The setup went flawlessly but support afterwards was not good. We still use it but I don’t have a super strong tie if something better came at better price.
The ease of use, client satisfaction, reminder system and response rate and the new 2 way texting that integrates into the communication section of the client record.
It makes any contact with our clients quick and easy. Clients are also able to see their pet's records and lab work in the app which is not a feature we've had before.
Additionally, it saves us a lot of time when confirming appointments for the next day. The payment processing and reporting is intuitive and easy to use.

With our focus on Dentistry and wellness we didn't have the same needs as a standard practice and Vetport has been the perfect partner to give us what we need and is always responsive to our requests.
We're are getting emails from unhappy employees. Cheap but you get what you pay for.
He’s always been very helpful and knowledgeable with the software from Vet Ford. He’s very kind and personable and is always there to help you solve the problem.
That saving alone almost pays the subscription fees. I pay for Vetport annually but you can pay monthly for the subscription.
Lots of features and capability and all of it is easy to use. Customer service also very good.
We've been using the product for 2 years and are still waiting to have certain issues (inventory) fixed. Recently there is a lot of internal problems.
Been using it for last 5 months, Nothing to say wrong till today, The more we use it the more capable we found this software is. Support team is helpful and awesome.
Unlike software programs there are no additional licensing fees etc. Getting started is much less expensive than other programs and all you need is internet access.
Vetport deliver great functionality at a great price.
Set up has taken longer than anticipated but it will be almost exactly as we want it to be. I highly recommend this software program for any mobile vets or mobile hospice vet services.

A prompt and reliable service, RxWorks are always there to give support when needed. The system is so user friendly and you literally point and click what you want for great results.
No interface with Google or other calendars so that veterinarians can export their calendars to their phones. Cumbersome interface, non-intuitive, inefficient.
Now as an manager and administrator, i see the background of how each feature can be better utilized. I feel that bringing my nursing experience into the set up of the many features is a huge benefit.
No spell check in medical record entry area - seriously bad. Must open each patient file separately, and cannot keep files open for the day or week while the patient is in the hospital.
Design is very pleasing to the eye, colorful, easy to find what you need at a glance. Integration with wholesalers and external lab is excellent enabling a very efficient workflow.
None offered the full capabilities of RxWorks and none could show us how we were going to generate additional revenues while experiencing low to no missed charges, like RxWorks did.
I like how easy the program is to use and that you do not have multiple windows at one time. It is easy to train staff and navigate if you are a first time user.
Also sometimes things are slow to be resolved or im waiting weeks for response ( although after a recent conversation I believe that reason is now because you guys had the wrong email address for me).
From the beginning, the support and implementation team have been an absolute dream to work with, and if I've ever had issues or questions, they've put up with me in ways I can only thank them for.
The software does everything we could ask of it from a clinical point of view. Its intergration with IDEXX and our Supplier is great.
Reporting to a university board and corporate management, the reporting features are ticking most of the boxes required. Rx works is by far my favorite PMS and the support available is second to none.
Overall I am very satisfied with RxWorks, if the reminder system could be improved it would be flawless.

It has been a wonderful learning experience and while I am not responsible for the numbers at th eoffice I'm sure the person in charge will enjoy using those benefits.
I still have not got the system up and running, currently having a problem with the scanner and my I-pad.
And I love the fact that at the end of the day I can see how many of what products I have sold. So yes I am happy with the program it just needs to be alittle bit more user friendly.
Also if any of our techs forget to scan a drug in and we don’t realize until later we have to then transfer that drug to the satellite office, scan the drug, and then go back to change the date.
I like how easy the software is to use and how it gives me the information I want. For me, the most important features were.
The program is ok once you figure out how to upload everything but difficult to use.
Since contacting ArbiMed, we have had a great experience. We have an inventory solution that is both user friendly and complex enough to handle our unique and individualized requirements.
Some users may have a hard time understanding it at first, I think.
I have enjoyed working with the people at Arbimed as they seem committed to providing the best possible user experience.
The support team have always quickly replied to emails and been very helpful. They are always pleasant and willing to answer any questions that we have had.

Also if any of our techs forget to scan a drug in and we don’t realize until later we have to then transfer that drug to the satellite office, scan the drug, and then go back to change the date.

PlanSpit is fantastic, and I can't say that enough. It's the best subscription software there is because it increases customer loyalty, renewals, and regular payments.
There is no mobile app, therefore I can't use it when I'm not at home. I have to key in my expenses by hand because there are no integrations.

Overall SFS is amazing, easy to use, easy to implement and our entire team really loves it.
We knew they were ready then. Dr's struggle the most as they do not regularly interact with the system so they struggle to find the info they are looking for.
Charging has improved due to better tracking of procedures and will improve even further once we use the integration function to link SmartFlow to our practice management software.
We also believe the risk of error from not being able to read someone's handwriting on the paper sheets is eliminated using SFS.
Customer service has been great with prompt resolution of gliches (most of which have been caused at our end by the way).
Challenging to tailor some of the sheets/applications to suit our own clinic. Tech support is difficult in emergency situations as we don't have direct numbers - just emails.
The customization was moldable to our clinic's procedures. The ability to use it for dental charting was excellent as well.
The person that does the onboarding is an expert but is often difficult to get a hold of after you are done with the onboarding process.
This is an enormous time saver. Also the templates that we use for specific cases like pancreatitis save a lot of time and help patients get needed medications faster and more efficiently.
I love the ease of this software. It is so east to track patient and charts.
Customer service is wonderful, any questions or concerns are answered right away and they are with you every step of the way through training and implementation to use of the program.
