CallBlitzer is an all-in-one voice broadcasting platform for political campaigners to efficiently reach as many voters as possible. The fully equipped platform includes a built-in dialer system that increases the reach and efficiency of voice broadcasting campaigns. CallBlitzer's fully integrated system increases campaign and campaigner productivity by eliminating the need to integrate or switch between third party dialers or phone systems. The software's cloud-based automated dialing and broadcasting technology allows users to reach hundreds of contacts at once. Once answered, dialed calls are transferred to a live agent using CallBlitzer's built-in IVR.

Aside from a built-in dialer, CallBlitzer offers click-to-call, auto/customizable dispositions, screen pops, monitoring, reporting and more. The platform also offers set dispositions customizable to specific business needs. Users can set pre-defined call-back reminders or implement skills-based agent routing.

I was able to call out a lot more clients without any kind of problems. Reports are very easy to run so I was able to see whats working and whats not. The best thing about this system that is super user friendly, anyone can use it

Pros
I love how the software is very easy to use. When i run my reports it allows to me to see every little thing going on and honestly that makes my life much easier.

Cons
Honestly, I have no problems with this system whats so ever. If I did, I wouldn't be using this softward.

Much higher outbound volume with this software. I was able to make more calls, more efficiently.

Pros
I like that it gives all of the customer information at the click of a button and pulls info from phone numbers. It makes it much easier than having to search while talking which is not my strong suit lol

Cons
There were lags sometimes when trying to pull up scripts. Made it very awkward at the beginning when I didn't have the script memorized. I would like to see the software operate more seamlessly in the future.

The functionality and ease of moving through system is what I enjoy. I am able to get more calls out per day via an organized list

I don't like that it logs you out without letting you know
