Dynasend is an email signature management solution designed to standardize email signatures across an enterprise. The online portal allows users to manage their own signature information and templates, and supports conditional logic, custom data fields, direct substitutions, and more.
Dynasend’s online portal lets users select their preferred email signature template, and add or update their personal information. Signatures are generated in HTML, TXT, and RTF formats. The backend of the portal allows administrators to control which data fields are required, optional, or hidden from users, and custom data fields can be created for the input of any relevant information. Drop-down substitution lists allow users to select information to be included from a range of predefined options.
A native app for iOS simplifies signature deployment on iPhones and iPads, and a desktop signature management app enables deployment across Microsoft Outlook and Office 365. Dynasend also offers a range of managed services, covering the full process of creating, deploying, and maintaining email signatures across the enterprise.
