What is eTime?

eTime is an attendance tracking software designed to help retailers, construction businesses, co-operatives, home care assistants, and service providers track employee holidays, location, and work hours. Features include multi-language, access control, real-time data, and offline access.

The application provides a clocking feature, which allows employees to check-in/out at job locations, letting supervisors track and verify employees’ presence across multiple sites. eTime offers various anti-fraud controls, which enables administrators to receive alerts about GPS alterations, sensor disconnection, unusual coordinates, and other fraud attempts. Employees can also submit leave requests, view the approval status in real-time, and receive notifications for unused holidays.

Organizations can integrate eTime with existing attendance tracking, HRMS, and payroll applications through API. Administrators can synchronize and update clocking data on the server repeatedly based on geolocation, QRcode identification, tags, and fingerprint sensor data. It lets managers view the staff’s current job status and monitor projects assigned to them.
