Pros
The ability to white label the interview platform; real time email notifications of applicants, customizable options within the workflows

Cons
I'm not sure if anything can be done with this, but it would be great to expand the smart phone capabilities, I understand the IPhone restricts the number of users and Samsung does not. which makes it difficult to utilize this function.

Support Staff is excellent. Cutting Edge Platform, with activation at the push of a button. Extremely professional. Saves money with live interviews and speeds process. A plus during COVID times.

Pros
The software is extremely user friendly! In addition, if I had any questions their customer service was very professional and timely in responding to my inquiries. They took the time to make sure I understood the site instead of having me figure the site out on my own. This software also cut down my interviewing time drastically. I would strongly recommend!

Cons
I have not discovered any features that are missing. However, the team made sure to inform me that if I have an idea to make sure to share it with them.
