MegaMeeting is a web-based video conferencing and webinar platform which allows users to register attendees, manage conferences, upload presentations, chat with participants, record meetings, and more without downloading any software. An API enables integration with company websites and applications to provide a fully native experience for users.

MegaMeeting's all-in-one platform provides users with both video conferencing and webinars through a single interface. Attendees can participate in meetings from within their web browser, enabling connection without firewall exceptions as no software is downloaded. Secure links can be generated for meetings that contain confidential subject matter, which are sent only to invited attendees and cannot be shared by participants. Data is also encrypted end-to-end to ensure secure delivery of all conferences and webinars.

MegaMeeting supports up to 16 participants using 2-way audio and video per meeting, and up to 200 attendees for 1-way video and audio webinars or web conferences. Prospective attendees can register online for meetings and receive reminder emails 1 hour before the meeting starts. Group and private text chats between participants are available during video conferences, and both host-to-attendee and attendee-to-host chats are supported during webinars. MegaMeeting also allows users to share their screen, transfer files, record and archive meetings, custom-brand meeting spaces, and more.
