With PDFsam Basic, users can easily combine multiple PDF files, select specific pages to merge, and even merge bookmarks and interactive forms. The split function allows dividing a PDF file at given page numbers, bookmarks levels, or into files of a specified size. Users can also extract pages from PDF documents and rotate pages individually or across the entire file.
The mix feature is particularly useful for users with single-sided scanners, as it enables merging PDF files by taking pages alternatively from one and the other. PDFsam Basic's open-source nature ensures that users' PDF files remain private on their own computers, without the need to upload them to a third-party service.
