PerFit-HR is a cloud-based suite of solutions that helps human resource professionals streamline recruiting and employee upskilling processes. It enables businesses to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology to retrieve a list of passive candidates based on the provided job title and candidate description.
Using the PerFit-Screening module, organizations can screen all the sourced resumes and view their scores along with cultural/skill alignments on the applicant dashboard. Users can create onboarding programs, conduct personality assessments of the existing workforce, and create learning & development (L&D) plans accordingly.
