What is Rinkel?
Rinkel is a telephone software for freelancers and small & medium sized companies that can be customized according to company needs. Users can Divert their fixed line -which they can hire with us or bring from another operator- to as many mobiles or landlines as they need.
Ideal for remote work and for those professionals who spend a lot of time on the road or visiting clients. Users maintain their professional image, without having to be in a specific physical location or sacrificing their personal life -or that of their team.
The system uses its own GSM network. This means that users do not use their data to make calls (thus saving costs). All our plans include calls through our free app and from the Webphone, a softphone in browsers.
Users can use their Rinkel phone number in more than 50 countries, without additional costs. The solution also offers international phone numbers. Users can manage as many numbers as they want from the same account, establishing different set ups for each of them.
The features include call forwarding and transfering, business opening hours, caller ID, IVR menu, call queue, professional voiceovers, integration with WhatsApp Business, call recording and integration with other software, such as CRM. This allows users to integrate all their call data into their management system to improve their customer service and train new team members.
