What is Sonru?
Sonru is a cloud-based interview management software designed to help businesses streamline the candidate screening process using video interviews. It offers white-label capabilities, which enable organizations to personalize the interview platform with custom logos and themes to establish brand identity with candidates.
Sonru allows hiring managers to design multilingual assessment questions according to the job role, set the maximum read and write time, and send it to candidates via email. Applicants can log in and record their responses using a webcam. Administrators can also use the built-in assessment tools to analyze performance of candidates, give scores, and compare results with other applicants. The system automatically stores completed assessments in a centralized repository, enabling teams to review candidates.
Sonru lets users record and review videos using mobile devices, and also supports multiple screen readers and accessibility systems to assist disabled people with the assessment. It facilitates integration with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oracle, LiveHire, SAP SuccessFactors, Avature, Workday, and more.
