Avature ATS is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution which can be configured to manage hourly, professional, and enterprise recruiting across all industries. The software can be combined with Avature’s CRM and onboarding solutions to centralize candidate data and collaboratively manage the full recruiting process.

Avature ATS allows users to create multiple career sites with customized branding, application processes, and navigation to which they can drive different audience segments based on brands, and candidates’ professional interests or experience levels. Data can be collected through any number of custom fields, and application processes can be created with one, two, or multiple steps. A range of job templates can also be designed, created, shared, and stored in Avature’s library. Configurable, event-driven workflows also allow for the creation of multiple approval workflows for different business needs.

Avature’s workflow-integrated online calendars enable interview scheduling, with automatic publishing of appointments to Outlook and Google Calendar. The advanced calendars support first-come-first-serve, time blocking, and other high-volume schedule management features. Email messaging, correspondence tracking, offer letter generation, and notifications are all automated, and serve to streamline the recruitment process alongside e-Signature support. Avature’s analytics tools allow users to create a range of standard reports, as well as recruiter productivity reports, hiring manager activity reports, and vendor reports, and real-time dashboards with role-based access.

The ability for our team from various locations to manage leads and follow a single process. Avature has a clean aesthetic and has features that have modernized our recruitment team. I enjoy being able to customize fields to fit our needs, from building forms to the reporting functionality of lists. It has been good for our team to all use a standard platform for communication and processes. We have also appreciated the work the Avature team has done to create custom portals that are set up for our unique circumstances.
