We also use it for mini 360s (aka Pulse Surveys to track progress), works perfectly for that, and the reporting can be customized to make sense for the use case. While we can't use this optional feature (see below), the ability for the person receiving feedback to select their raters through the system, click a button and have their supervisor review and make edits or approve, is an extremely great and time-saving feature, primarily for HR leaders who are running internal 360s.
