Overall experience has been decent given that we are running low on budget and want to use professional email service provider.
The best thing about Zoho mail is that it is very economical to use for any startup or organization running low on budget. It did provide most of the features that you need from an email service provider.
I, personally, didn't the interface too much. Gmail and Microsoft Outlook have better interface when it comes to sending email or setting up calendar invites. This is one area Zoho Mail can improve.

The custom signature feature in Zoho is one of its best features by far. It not only lets the individual show his/her credibility to clients and vendors but it also lets partners and clients recognize the business's brand better.
Zoho mail is definitely a more effective mailing tool for businesses than Gmail but it still has along way to go when compared to Microsoft Outlook that are tailored almost specifically for use in a professional environment.

Zoho Mail is ideal for corporate email since it can handle all requirements, including auto-response, block listing and allow listing, and custom signatures. It also has sufficient storage capacity for all the emails, and the process of sending bulk emails is relatively quick.
The email interface needs improvement and looks like a poor piece of software, despite the user's costly membership plan. Integrating with Microsoft Outlook is perplexing, and I've had trouble connecting it to the program and it keep rejecting the connection.

We use it as catcher mailboxes and email monitoring. However, when we were setting it up for our sales team we decided to remain with outlook due to more functionality.
Easy to setup and deploy in existing Zoho environment, capturing contacts and leads that were there before. Merging contacts with Outlook upon initial setup was also simple.
Less features than Outlook. Many interconnected features with Zoho CRM feel useless. Overall, we saw no benefit of using this over Outlook.

Zoho Mail is very suitable for a business email, which can handle all the requirement like auto response, blacklist and whitelist, and custom signature for the email. It also has a decent amount of space to store all of the email and the process to sending mass email is quite fast.
The email interface definitely need some work and not look like a cheap software, despite the expensive subscription plan that user has pay. Integration with Microsoft Outlook is very confusing and i had no luck to be successfully linked it with the software.

The problem that Zohomail solved for me was the dilemma for changing hosting company. When I migrated to Zohomail am now relaxed I can move my host anytime. Zohomail came at the perfect time so that I don't have to worry about emails when relocating website host.
They offer 5GB of free emails. They offer 5 accounts of free emails. They have a free account that you actually start using immediately.
At the moment I cannot use Outlook and POP services on free account. I hope they could open atleast one account to use outlook.

i use it every single day. can't imagine going back to something like outlook or thunderbird.
it lets me have all my gmail and domain accounts in one place so i can easily switch between them. it's so handy to have just one login instead of 10!
the user interface could be a bit better, but it's minor really... i haven't found another service that compares to this.

I have had two other e-mail hosts and Zoho has been the best so far. Their prices are very good, their support is amazing. I have not had any issues since changing over.
The desktop App and Web app are feature packed and work very well. Zoho has the ability to create application specific password/access for Outlook. Their App actually is better than Outlook on both function and stability.
Contacts allow you to import from Outlook.com, but no from the Outlook Program. It does allow for importing contact from a CSV file, but I lose some fields.

It blows outlook away with all of its different abilities and very ease of use. Whats great is the Tabs when writing emails you have tabs you can go back and forth with instead of different windows all over your screen like with outlook.
You have to pay for additional storage of your emails. If having to reset your password the admin has to do it which can be a bit cumbersome instead of the system letting you reset it.

We use Zoho Mail to manage email for clients that can't afford or don't want to spend the money on GSuite or Outlook.
Zoho Mail is a very affordable option for teams that want email at their domain. It has many features that the more popular email clients offer and you can start using it for free. Their web interface has improved a ton over the years and it's honestly fairly similar to their largest competitor.
I still prefer to use other webmail interfaces because it's what I'm used to, so I generally forward my Zoho mail to a Gmail account. That said, Zoho's interface has gotten more similar to that of Gmail, so that might not be an issue for everyone.

In general, I am happy with the user interface and features as well as security that Zoho Mail offers. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an email with the company domain.
We were able to set up our mail using the company custom domain and were able to represent the company in a very professional way.
The Zoho Mail app was very glitchy. I had to set up Outlook to be able to receive my mail without issues.

Horrendous and completely unprofessional. Now I see why people go to google or outlook. Great for free. If you have to pay we suggest you go to a professional company.
It’s cheap. That being said. You get exactly what you pay for.
Complete and utter incompetence. Every time any of our employees travels out of the country zoho turns off the emails. We have had staff with multiple trips where important business emails were missed as they didn’t receive emails nor was anyone at the company notified. We had a customer support agent [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who utterly useless making this situation right. You would think that this would have been resolved during the first few trips but oh no. Every single trip it happens. If you have a small business I would seriously avoid using this company. You get exactly what you pay for.

What I like most about Zoho Mail is the ease of use. It's quick to setup and get started. It's very intuitive for anyone who has used Outlook or Gmail.
Sometimes Zoho Mail is a bit clunkier than Outlook (ex. email signature management), but for the price (there is a great free model), it's outstanding!

Zoho mail is very useful I suggest it for business. Value for money if they can fix a little bit the customer support it will be a top mail app.
The most important elements of Zoho Mail are its security, combination with cloud storage, and extensive variety of highlights accessible. It coordinates well with outlook and cell phones.
Poor customer support Very rare reply to my requests and if they reply is with very big delay.

Email was easy to setup and integrate with Outlook and Thunderbird. Lots of guides on how to use your own domain, hence making your business look very professional.

I have used Outlook most of my adult life. I am slowly moving away from it to Zoho Mail
Outlook is a business standard. It is easy to configure.
Occasionally the Send/Receive stop working and the error report and on-line support offer very little to troubleshoot generic error codes. Deleting and remaking account is sometime the only way to make it work.

It is a great app, though with a few minor bugs. I can synchronise everything, and have all my mails and contacts in one place, let it be Yahoo, Gmaill etc
The previous versions were an absolute disaster with the priority folder. I could never find all my mail. The inbox folder with options to filter is now a way better solution. I will use this more now!!!
It misses some key features, like advancing to the next mail after one mail gets deleted

I have been using and supporting Microsoft for about 15 years. Starting from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2016 and 365. The overall functionality has not changed drastically over that time. The interface has matured over the years. It is a great mail app and it is worth the investment. Having recently moved to Office 365, using Outlook to access my work email from home has never been easier.
Ability to integrate and import different mail clients into Outlook has made it a one stop mail client for me.
