Until now i didn't see a single email go to a spam folder. I tested it even on a @live.com email which is very strict about spam.

I had to finally submit a fraud claim against them to get my money back. I emailed them to tell them what I was doing and they just decided not to answer or make any attempt to cancel the account.
Stable, have not had one second unplanned downtime in 7 years. Does a good filtering job and good customasation optins for us.
At this point there are no parts of the product that we are unhappy with.
Explanations on things from them are clear and sometimes I even got "better ways of doing" what I was hoping to do just from emailing them.
Poor end-user experience. Poor integration with Outlook - plugin is not stable and quite useless.

Even thought it has a link at the bottom of the daily digest to check your quarantine anytime, a lot of people ignore it. We also here that their previous spam vendor would 2 times a day so.

I had advised the salesperson of my challenges and concerns with implementing myself which he downplayed and disregarded. It was a complete waste of time and resources for our organization.
Custom redirects are also one of the best features that Pardot has because you can utilize them on all SoMe platforms for prospect tracking and provide more quality on certain links on your website.
After determining that the product simply doesn't work we are transitioning to their competitors. Pardot is still forcing us to pay licensing fees even though their product failed to function.
Overall, it is a very good product. Certainly worth the investment if you are can invest the time and resources to improve your marketing efforts.

The 'pause' button feature does not work well - once you pause an email from a recipient, I have struggled to unpause the email which is odd.
