They both are great and have certain advantages that the other doesn't. AnyMeeting however is definitely user friendly and doesn't require a tutorial.
Having to keep unmuting when you think you are already unmuted is annoying.
Good price for great functionality. Easy to allow my clients to take over the presentation.
The only thing I dislike with AnyMeeting is if you use your phone audio for a presentation. It automatically mutes you when you go to the next slide or when another presenter starts speaking.
The video quality and sound quality are both pretty solid. Sends transcript to keep for your records.
There will be some rando word that doesn't make any sense and I'll have to try and remember what was said.
It allows you to share your slides so you don't have to do a screen share. Also, the recording and storage space is amazing.
Sometimes the default times are odd. If I'm setting up a conference call, it defaults to tomorrow rather than today, etc.

Lost initial registration and account information.
I like that Zoho Webinar is highly customisable and easy to use. The video quality is great and its a stable webinar.
There was lag in both audio and video in organizer and attendee screen which caused some issues in conducting the webinar.
I really like how easy it is to use. And I love the automated emails (both reminders and the the follow up emails).
There are no quick links to get into a webinar after registration, besides the one sent via email upon registration confirmation.

It's hard to verify the domain and update email address if you need to change the admins on the account.

Webinato's staff from account set up to the few times we needed tech support we AMAZING. Knowledgeable, professional, and really dedicated to making sure our event went off perfectly.
Its mobile app is difficult to use for us and it does not deliver the entire functionality of Webinato.
From the start I was impressed with this company, they were friendly, informative and provided me the support I needed to make an informed decision about using their software.
I felt very timid in the beginning of our class project because I had never viewed a webinar much less produced a series of webinars.
Webinato is the best software for hosting large-audience webinars or presentations as well as the best option for video and web conferencing.
Although it is simple for me to use, it is really difficult for me to educate them on how to use it.
We can set the room how we want - our brand, our own pages when we close the room, our own welcome messages - and the process to set it up is very intuitive and easy to follow.
We have had some challenges with the mobile app, and the Webinato team has been very helpful and willing to work with our clients as well as us to make the mobile app experience a better one for all.
The platform was very easy to learn how to navigate, and the customer service has been great. To date we've hosted 4 webinars, all of which ran smoothly.

The design is really good and the platform has some excellent features. Integration with other platforms is so easy which is great.
I don't like that I can't get someone on the phone over the weekend. If there's a tracking issue in this business you can quickly loose thousands of dollars in minutes.
I've been using the CAKE platform with prior companies for years, so I was ecstatic to be able to use it again. What I love most is the quick responses from all members of the Technical Support Team.
It just for online they need offline to use in a business with street address as part of the management program.
Our account manager has always been there to help me and their ticket system has always been quick to resolve issues. Can't say enough good things about Cake support.
Not well localized for European date formats and number formats. No scheduling of payout changes in events.
Very easy to use and user friendly design. Customizable user roles and reporting capabilities are very helpful for controlling visibility across our company's different team members.
I wasn't a fan of the new layout that was rolled out. The app on my phone is also quite limited which is a shame.
The reporting system makes this powerful piece of software the best.
Overall, when considering the cost of the software, we have been extremely impressed.

It is BY FAR the most sophisticated program, and that is exactly what I want for the types of clients and attendants I want to attract. Jamie, Julien and the entire Attendease team are fantastic.
Also, we often have a lot of weird flukes happen to the site that Troy or team will have to go in and fix. Not being able to have an event range for events that span several days.
I would say Attendease strengths are great and responsive customer service. Functionality wise strengths are- easy to set up simple events and cloning past events.
Lack of flexibility with design elements- I personally don't have issues with this but I know other regions often want to change design elements/ move content blocks around and can't do so.
The customer support and service is superb. I am constantly and continuously learning.

It makes building a website easy and quick. We did a custom theme and the team there to help us was very quick to respond and extremely helpful.
It is very user friendly and can also partner with other platforms such as sli.do. I liked the social media feed/Activity feed as well.

Sometimes, a person shows online, but upon calling, the tools say the person is offline. I think the developers can fix this bug.

Experiencing Goldcast as an attending first was super helpful in understanding what the experience was like from the registrants side.
We use it on a regular basis across all different event types and have yet to have a problem that was big.

Goldcast is a smaller company so at first was a bit nervous jumping in.

Even when you enable the light version of Goldcast the bandwidth is enough to crash your computer. Please be aware, my computer is not that expensive and does not have alot of storage space.
