What is vystem?
vystem.io was developed in-house in Munich. Both the Livestream Player and the video conferencing and meeting software were developed in-house, which has advantages in terms of data protection, usability and functions. Event participants, exhibitors and speakers do not need accounts with any third-party providers, but can use the platform 100% without any preparations. Isardigital GmbH also hosts the platform on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Thus, complying with crucial GDPR guidelines.

Die gesamte Durchführung des Projektes mit vystem lief zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Kommunikation war stets unkompliziert, kompetent und ehrlich. Die Software selbst ist für Front- und Backend-Benutzer klar strukturiert und benutzerfreundlich. Für unsere Zielgruppen konnten wir so eine Präsenzveranstaltung parallel in ein digitales Event bringen und als Hybridveranstaltung anbieten. Auf...
Es gibt sicherlich immer Kleinigkeiten, die optimiert werden können. Wir waren aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Am besten haben mir die vielen individuellen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, die das System mit sich bringt, gefallen. Es ist super, dass die teilnehmenden Ausseller in Echtzeit über bspw. Klickzahlen informiert werden, um den Erfolg des Events zu werten. Zudem war der technische Support, welcher von vystem angeboten wird für mich eine große Arbeitserleichterung. Auch Ausstellerschulungen werden übernommen und die Software ist nicht nur auf digitale, sondern auch auf hybride Eventformate anpassbar.
Die App ist ausbaufähig, da diese nicht 1:1 das angelegte Event wiederspiegelt, sondern nur sehr abgespeckt darstellt.
