Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

CrashSight overview
What is CrashSight?
CrashSight by Tencent WeTest provides crash and exception management for game developers across mobile (iOS, Android), PC (Windows, Linux), and console (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) platforms. The platform detects four exception types — crashes, ANRs, out-of-memory issues, and script errors — and classifies them into trackable issues with occurrence counts, device metrics, and trends.
Native SDK integration supports Unreal Engine, Unity, and Cocos, with a C interface for proprietary engines. The SDK is 1.2 MB on Android, 1 MB on iOS, uses under 2.7 MB runtime memory, and can be integrated in two hours. Crash reports contain error stacks, trace logs, register data, loaded libraries, and system logs.
The dashboard refreshes every 10 minutes with crash rate and affected device counts. Analysis features include automated issue classification, 20+ search dimensions (device model, OS, GPU, CPU, region, custom fields), version comparison, and user/device behavior timelines.
CrashSight includes gaming-specific capabilities that general-purpose monitoring tools lack. A proprietary OOM detection algorithm uses runtime state machine analysis with device-specific memory thresholds to find memory crashes missed by conventional signal-based tools. Emulator and cloud gaming identification achieves 10-15% higher accuracy than traditional methods with separate statistics per device type. Stack restoration runs 15x faster using .stif symbol tables. Behavioral sequence analysis via Longest Common Subsequence (LCS) identifies recurring patterns before crashes. Country/region-level statistics and custom scene-based monitoring (battle, lobby) provide granular quality views.
Alerts integrate with Slack, Jira, TAPD, DingTalk, Feishu, WeCom, email, and webhooks. OpenAPI supports custom integrations and data retrieval.
Data centers in the US, Singapore, and Shanghai. SDK data collection fields reviewed by the legal department. Overseas data stored in respective regions. Monitors 200M+ DAU.
WeTest is certified under SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1, CMMI Maturity Level 3, and TMMI Maturity Level 3.
