Pros

The Software offers great features to perfectly planning your project work with your team and generate effective result. It's very easy to use and eye-catchy UI.
Superb, we have been very thankful and I am positive it has more than paid for itself in time savings and reminders of previous conversations that led to upsells.
Very easy to use; can pretty much do anything we need. Great community that shares info and customer support is great.

Pros

The availability of this tool is fabulous and configuring setting up clusters is done in minutes. Also, the performance of this service is amazing, be it in any region, across the globe.
Ease of being able to access the information or saved documents of high importance. Love the fact you can connect with others and build great relationships with.
I love how easy and user friendly this software is. It is also very reliable and consistently just works.

Cons

But if we had to go this alone, we'd never have endured.
There is some functionality missing that I need for the vision I have for our database.
I have attempted group set ups & have had access granted and restricted where it was unintended.

Cons

It is charged in dollar which makes it very expensive for people living in countries where the local currency is weak compared to the US dollar.
I dislike that it causes me to worry about privacy in regards to anything I upload. You never truly know where it's going or who has access when it goes to the cloud.
Navigation on the pages can be confusing at times and some information is not updated for the latest version.

Pros

Kintone is user friendly and cloud based (accessible from any device). It is easy to share files and documents via Google Drive or Dropbox which can be easily integrated in kintone.

Cons

As it is a cloud-based tool, it requires an access to the internet and with a poor access to the internet the work is really annoying. Otherwise I didn't find any disadvantages.

Makes managing data "manageable" for the non-IT employees

Pros

Most functions are easy to use . Easy to create your own database from scratch or by migrating data from various files. Love the fact that I was able to add 1 user at a time - allowing me time to learn and pass on some knowledge to the next user . The ability to link multiple apps thru very useful functions ( lookup ) works perfect for me

Cons

Online support ( help ) - very limited - when trying to find some guidance on how to set up your "newly invented " app , if you search the HELP or "google it" you will not get many answers or very well explained answers.

Kintone: My Personal Review

Pros

The best thing about Kintone, in my opinion, is its user-friendly interface and the ability to easily customize the platform to meet specific needs. The ability to quickly create custom forms and reports is also very useful. Furthermore, kintone's integration with other services such as Google Apps, Salesforce, and Dropbox makes it incredibly powerful and simple to use.

Cons

Kintone's user interface can be difficult to use and understand at times, in my opinion. It also didn't have a lot of customization options, making it difficult to tailor it to my specific needs.

New I.T Analyst using Kintone for about 6 months now

I've built a lot of apps for the company I'm with including a Gas Mileage Tracker App where I wrote a script that connected to Google Maps App and gave us the distance in miles and how much that was in dollars. I enjoyed it for the simplicity and how easy it was to get started building an app. Also the fact that the scripts use Javascript instead of some made up language is also good since most developers have been introduced to either Javascript or Java by now.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and learn and set everything up. One of the advantages I think it has over most of the products in the same line, is how easy it is to set up process management and to assign roles to everyone on the team. For newer companies without anyone that's tech suave, I would definitely recommend Kintone!

Cons

Compared to other Services like Zoho Creator, there really is not much room for customization in the apps and the fact that you have to use another service to generate forms to input into the database is also bad because if you are not a user with Kintone, then the data cannot be accessed.

You can purchase a Guest Account which allows users to access a specific Space in which they were invited to and view the data from there.
