Free and open source tool with fully like commercial feature is the best reason to select this nice product for day to day monitoring.
Some of the errors do not provide enough information to troubleshoot issues. Documentation regarding firewalls needs to be updated as some of it is several years old.
The reporting function is excellent with beautiful graphics that show you what you need to know. There are more than enough options for notifications with email, SMS, Teams to mention a few.
Lack of automated backend processing to keep the database tuned to peak performance.
Once this Software is installed, and configured correctly, it works as it should. Great for pro-active monitoring.
Some of the data can be a bit intimidating, but that's really a user issue.
The newly designed web interface is user friendly and help in implementing and deploy with ease.
Some features are quite hard to learn but reading the man u can do it. A bit of practice is needed.
A powerful, stable, flexible and customizable and extensible monitoring solution.
Zabbix needs less monitoring for it to accomplish its tasks. Alerting and integration is excellent.
Another aspect that I like This system is that I can store data in Json format, which is very important for other applications to use.
It's a great monitoring solution that is a bit complex to configure.
Overall, Zabbix is one of the essential tools in our company and allows as to be monitored about important server events immediately. It's a reliable, cost and time saving tool.
We will be implementing this in bigger scope. Customer support, both official and unofficial is excellent and also was one of the deciding factor in choosing Zabbix.
Free and FOSS keeps the cost down, so that's good. It can monitor so many things - servers, switched, sensors.
A large Zabbix community is also a plus point of it. Application monitoring is the best of zabbix as it have number of in-build template to monitor the Applications.
The interface is modern, clean, and easy to navigate.
Easily configure any trigger like a watchdog for any process, event or other. Fast email delivery, integration with other collaboration tools.

Pros and Cons from Kaseya VSA users

The account reps I have had for the past several years have been amazing. You need to get to know as many people as you can at Kaseya and learn to work as a team with them and you will be very happy.
Kaseya support is terrible, I mean really terrible. I think they only have one level 2 technician because the same guy gets back to me when the first guys can't fix it.
My engineers love the Kaseya VSA, ease of use and speed. We have been a long time Kaseya partner and plan to continue our great partnership.
Terrible customer service, NO Support, slow, lousy features for the price. Constantly have to uninstall live connect and reinstall.
Fantastic product that provides the ability to securely manage and monitor your managed service customers.
The lack of a 64 bit agent until recently was a pain point for a while. Updating Live Connect is time consuming.
The Kaseya knowledge base and public agent procedures site is helpful. Patch management is my biggest love from this product.
The integration with end point security has been tough. The management platform for EPS was frustrating and difficult to understand.
Fantastic software for managing your enviroment.
My main issues with Kaseya deal with support. We have had many times where it was difficult to get an issue addressed if we didn't "light a fire" or raise the devil with account managers.
They have made some acquistions recently with IT Glue, Rapidfire tools and IDagent that are exciting with regards to possible integrations into the base VSA.
Old building blocks have lived on too long (this year is supposed to be the big clean-up). The mix of old parts (up to 20 years old) and very recent changes in limited places is confusing.
I enjoy how easy it is to install the software on client computers and how quickly it syncs up so that techs can begin remoting onto the endpoint in very short order.
Submitted ticket take more than 24 hrs to reponse. Very confuse of ticket submit link from the website.
The remote connection to pc's has reduced our response times greatly. The ability to see what they are doing helps troubleshooting the problems quicker.
One you pay them, say goodbye to that money, and they will never fix it.
VSA gave us the ability to manage completed remote laptops from a central console. Something as simple as changing the administrator password remotely is priceless to us.
Good overall experience although my service desk have had confidence knocked in the product with recent outages.

With the help of their support staff (all amazing), we were able to setup and configure and very powerful HA/DR solution.
This was quite a shock to us since we had not received any sort of warning that their maintenance prices were going to be increased, and they had no flexibility on this price change.
This is a solid, easy to use and easy to deploy load balancer that we use for Banner9, ADFS, Exchange, and Skype For Business. Kemp's support is the best I have ever encountered.
We even had to troubleshoot a connectivity error early in the setup due to us having purchased the wrong type cable and Kemp kept involved until it was correct to our and there standard.
The best part of the software is that it is intuitive and easy to use. I really enjoy the interface.
When changing a Virtual service if a mistake is made or something is changed inadvertently it is not easy to cancel or roll back.
Ease of use of the software and instructions provided are excellent.
The Web Application Filter rules are not easily implemented or documented very well. This is a weakness for this product.
The virtual load balancer was inexpensive and very easy to install and create/use but the technical support is excellent.
Great load balancers for our Microsoft Exchange mail systems at an affordable cost.
Great support from pre-sales to Post sales to pro services. Everyone I've interacted with knows their core competencies extremely well.
Fast and pretty clear interface. Software is stable as well.
KEMP is an excellent partner for a first time implementer of a load balancer.
The LM-X15 did a good job to balance the traffic to our SharePoint front end servers.
The pricing of the load balancer and support subscription is affordable for a small-sized company.
Once setup they just do their thing reliably and efficiently. I wish everything worked as seamlessly as our Kemps.

We also are very happy with the support. Response time and willingness to help is superior and says a lot about a company.
Missing custom range filtering by date for logs.
Support team is super responsive, attentive and extremely professional. The first setup is easy with excellent guidance from the team over the phone and/or remote support.
There is some lag in loading the logs when you select a machine.
I've been very happy with the software and anytime I've needed help there support has quickly helped me out. It helps me meet the PCI Requirements I need to fulfill monitoring my servers.
It seems to provide some alerting, but setup is difficult.
Very easy to use at a great price with good support. Weekly reports give us a good idea of what is going on with the machines in the system and it hits all of the auditors check boxes.
The new tabs opening everytime you edit a setting is Hard to navigate.
I like the ease of setting up the event log consolidation, directory size monitor, and many more I think I have to explore with this product that will be helpful in monitoring our network devices.
Never any production down incidents as we have had with others. The support is fantastic.
Provides a wealth of information from our DCs and helps of stay in compliance.
Price was also very good. Support response is excellent.
Great software with excellent customer support.
I love the endless customization's that are possible with Corner Bowl Server Manager. Essentially, if there is a will, there is a way with this product.
The product is easy to use and has a plethora of features. One, very basic report that we like is the one that identifies disc space on our servers.
Easy to use ready templates for all basic monitoring needs. Customizable for more advanced monitoring and logging.
I would say about the email alerts integrated with multiple agents associated with various templates. Real-time alerts really help to manage business efficiently.
Easy way to integrate Databases for logging. Group creation by test or asset type (By CPU, Hard disk, ).

This is ease in use, adaptive things, monitoring are very reliable, troubleshooting. This software is very good and much better.
The tool you need to have to be ahead of problems.
Great application, we love it, monitoring is really easy and gives us results clearly and quickly.
The ui is somewhat confusing at times. Often searching the right button to press to do what I need/want.
Great application, great team, works well for what we needed and we love it.
Setup alway the biggest obstacle but this is to be expected from so many apps.
As with so many support apps the setup is usually the most diffcult part and they were readely available, responsive and knowledgeable! so excellent customer support.
It is priced fairly low for the amount of features you get.
The sales and support staff that we have interacted with are very knowledgeable and we trusted they would be able to help us.
The ease of use and data-rich interface helps our team resolve complex performance issues in no time.
Great product for network monitoring and VoIP quality.
We have been very satisfied with this solution. I gives us an insight we never had before.
The support is excellent, when we have questions or to help us as needed. The software is very well done and it quickly identifies network problems.
Obkio is so user friendly and has so much power in simple views that has not only met our expectations and needs but is giving our organization added value in our Operations and Project teams.
Ease of access and lots of data to work with when troubleshooting a problematic network. The Obkio device integrates easily onto the customer network and provides instant reports.

The GUI is great, and I really appreciate all the errors and misconfigurations Auvik can detect on first deployment. Setup is simple, and the live chat with support has been outstanding.
In the past, we as an MSP would try to offer Managed Network but it was too costly for us to do so or we missed a lot of things due to time and human errors.
It also is great for MSPs. The billing breakdown is very nice, and it's very easy for us to have access to all our clients but then give our clients access to just their own stuff.
Too many knobs to turn can get into trouble is you over tweak and not understand what you are doing.
Excellent for Root Cause Analysis and network tracing. Fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly support.
The fact that you have a minimum required characters for this "Cons" section is much more annoying than anything about the software.
Ease of use and very simple to setup and get valuable and useful data for you and your customers. I have tried several other tools and nothing works this good and this fast out of the box.
Also, having to pay licensing for customer proofs of concept.
We like the automated switch and firewall backups, and we love the network maps. We also really like that the software integrates with our PSA, and that we can onboard clients rapidly.
I had it running in about 20 minutes. I really love the searching capabilities they have you can find anything with a simple name or part of a name to help you navigate to any device or link quickly.
Auvik is very easy to use and the quality of monitoring is high. The product is priced fairly and we consider Auvik to be a good tool add to our tool chest.
It's easily worth the cost in time saved troubleshooting issues on the network.
It's extremely easy to use and rather simple to setup and can be done so on a variety of platforms. We currently have it running on an Ubuntu 14.04 Server box and the collector works flawlessly.
Technically, Auvik has enabled us to transform a lot of our network and IT operations processes, we are more efficient and effective, both on the management and on incident response.
Ability to get information on devices that are not billed. Can be used for network discovery & assessment activities.
Right now we are deploying the API to automate some processes, which will increase even more the value we are getting from Auvik.

It is a really clean solution that was easy to install and use. It is aesthetically appealing and I can better visualize my own network.
What they do not tell you that by doing a non customized quick roll out you will receive unlimited number of alerts to the point they will be ignored.
An excellent, easy to deploy product with tons of features and great customer support.
Sometimes the user interface seems less than intuitive and can be a little confusing.
Perfect for solving your network issues and live monitoring is awesome.
Unfortunately, some of the alerting can be very vague. There are templated alerts, however, they do not fit the needs of our business.
This is just one of the many suite of applications that SolarWinds offers to help manage the Network. Ease to use and helps diagnose / troubleshoot issues.
The software is very hard to navigate and use. I access it everyday and it is still doesn't feel smooth.
