I must say that everyone I have been in contact with at Filevine has made me feel like I am their only customer -- they value my input, and work to customize Filevine to address our practice in a one attorney and one paralegal/"everything person".

After uploads, Vinetegrate requested CSV exports instead of the previously provided FileMaker files, requiring duplicate work and causing frustration and extra cost.

Everything is customizable, a lot of reporting features, great integrations, great task flow settings, and now the new Payments feature makes it even better.

For example, it calls cases "projects" the calendar is so bad that you must use outlook and sync with it, but anything entered in Outlook will not show-up in FV (Filevine).
