TM Cloud is a trademark docketing and intellectual property management solution which supports automatic global docketing through USPTO (United Status Patent and Trademark Office) updates, automatic deadline calculations, and scheduled email docket and client reports, plus free data intake for 175 jurisdictions. TM Cloud also incorporates document storage and management, with modules for domain names, searches, copyrights and patents, and more.

Automatic deadline calculations operate alongside specialized integration with trademark offices worldwide, allowing users to manage global docketing activity simply and efficiently. TM Cloud ensures users stay up-to-date with deadline tracking and automatic reminders. Users can view their deadlines and reminders from any internet-enabled device, including tablets and mobiles. Regular email management reports help users maintain accurate records.

TM Cloud supports a number of general features including secure access, modern workflows, integration, reports and templates, and record loading. User-defined access levels and a failover backup system ensure data is managed securely, while customizable hit lists, on-screen help tools, and a drag-and-drop interface help users manage their workflow. TM Cloud provides specialized integrations with TSDR, TESS, TTAB, as well as custom API integrations. Users can also create custom reports with branded headers and footers.

TM Cloud’s base modules include trademarks, docketing, document, and company management, while their advanced IP modules help manage domain names, eCommerce, patents, copyrights, designs, and more.
