I much prefer this over apps like Mailchimp and Constant Contact, both of which were much more expensive for the services I require
I switched over from Mailchimp to Omnisend because of the price. It turns out, Omnisend's UI and email designer is much more my taste and preference. Very clean and easy-to-use drag and drop method for adding content into emails.
I haven't been able to utilize every feature in my plan yet because automations and subsets do get a bit confusing. But that's just me in general with this stuff.

We have gotten back customers from 2007 and it is pretty easy to use.
It seems like our emails aren't going to spam and have gotten a lot more sales than what we usually do at 50% off the cost.
You can't add a video to the platform and it doesn't have an app where you can upload pictures from your phone like Constant contact.

Overall the software is very useful and user friendly but can still be improved.
I like the overall customizeable features for email campaigns. Easy navigation and have significant number of templates to choose from
Contact management and action features. It would be easier to see on each contact line status of contact and action/options.

Great although pricey
They have a complete suite for a small ecommerce outfit like us. I hope they can make this service more affordable as I am sure may will adopt if they lower the cost down. Otherwise, they are a great platform which helps ecommerce SMB.

Ease of use.
I never in my dreams thought an email would generate sales, but this one does and I mean at least 1 almost every time. I really rely on Omnisend. It pulls products directly from my store. It looks freaking amazing. People use the followup coupons I set up. So much nicer than Constant Contact. Amazing colors and easy to copy one ad to the next with just a few images text and settings clicks. Love it. #omnisend. debraspassionboutique.com using you all the time.
Make sure you look at settings and select the optimize for smaller images for devices otherwise your images will be warped. It should be a standard feature not optional.

It has been ok.
Campaigns have been fairly successful. Automations sometimes bring in orders.
Too many updates. I'm way behind on how to use it because they are constantly making changes. I learned it to start and I feel it's constant learning. I want to run my business, not study how to use this app. I also do not like the pricing. I should be charged by how many mailings I send, not the contact list size. I have a lot of contacts, but few that I mail to.

I have used constant contact in the past but always found it a little rigid and boxy. I thought Omnisend was much more user friendly and easier to create a professional looking email. The template provided was a good place to start but it also allowed us to make color and look changes to make it our own. Overall, I thought Omnisend made it easy to create a nice email for our customers. We're a brand new start up and I definitely felt that Omnisend made us appear much more experienced.
Omnisend made it easy to send a polished professional email out to hundreds of people on a waiting list for our product.
We were using the free trial period, which only allows for sending a certain amount of emails a day. I had to send out our email in waves. I'm pretty sure this issue goes away with a paid subscription.

We used to use MailChimp for our email marketing, but it drove me crazy. Love Omnisend! It is intuitive and easy to use. It offers great functionality and is super easy to set up. It also appears to have loads of great reports and tips that I haven't used. We look forward to getting even more value out of it over time.
In my contact list, I'd like to be able to see what tags are assigned to each contact so that I can add tags to the contacts that don't currently have them. This functionality may exist, but I wasn't able to find it.

Again having email, sms and push notifications all in one platform is huge plus. That alone is why we have stuck with omnisend along with the amazing customer service and constant improvement of the platform
Ease of use, saved templates, a/b content testing, audience segmenting and the ability to send email, sms and push notifications from one platform.
The only complaint I have is landing pages. I wish there was an option to build a more robust landing pages where we can send customers to buy a single or few products.

Overall I am satisfied!
It helps us with people who sign up for our mobile app - they are added to our contact list and then receive a welcome email.
The email content builder is glitchy. Fonts, colors, etc.

My overall experience with Omnisend has been amazing. This software has allowed me to automate my email marketing and start building relationships with customers and everyone else who comes in contact with my brand.
I love that it gives me the ability to visualize my automated workflows before building them out. It allows me to craft our brand experience and customize it for different groups of people.
Honestly, nothing. So far it has all of the features that I need and more.

Great email app for basic use. I know there are others with incredible functionality and innovation, but I personally love that Omnisend doesn't pressure you to annoy your customers. I think most brands OVER contact their customers.
Omnisend is easy to use, has a nice UI and works well. The support is quick to get back to you. Their email editor is great and makes attractive emails.
The emails look different when sent to mobile users. Sometimes it's a fine difference, sometimes it makes the email illegible or ugly. I know that this is due to mobile users 'dark mode' but I wish omnisend would override that. I also wish I could add my own metrics to an email. For example, I send an email to our wholesale clients and it shows $0 made from that email (because our wholesale isn't connected to shopify) but in reality the email made a few k.

We use Omnisend for abandoned cart recovery and for email marketing.
After Jilt shut down, they recommended Omnisend for our marketing needs. - All data from Jilt was imported without any problems, the contacts and tags as well. - Unlimited contact list size for free unlike other services. Though the active contacts are limited to 250. - Free 500 emails per month is enough for a small business like ours, also offered us 500 free push notifications and SMS which is...
There is not much to dislike, it is an overall amazing service. - Had trouble initially with integration with Woocommerce, had to contact customer service as the documentation was not up to date. - Interface is a bit complicated to navigate.

Overall this it's great software, just make the change today, save money and be less stressed.
To be honest it's the value that sealed the deal for us. We have used 3 other providers over the years and this is hands down our favorite. Good features, easy to use, solid ongoing updates, good customer care and simple to integrate as well as a simple contact migration!
Might be nice to have more control over customer workflow/ journey building, but thats just me looking for a con lol.

User-interface is very friendly. Most functions are self-understandable, very easy to use. With each update they bring significant improvement that makes the monthly subscription to this app really worth the money.
Settings for marketing automations still have a lot to desire. especially regarding contact management and audience management in each campaign/automation. It is not intuitive. That makes it quite time-consuming to say the least to set up automation flow. There should also be more templates and customisable columns especually for forms.

What I love about this software is the fact that his main features are FREE to use with no limit of the contact list you can upload. Also, it's very easy to personalise emails and you have an A/B testing emails option. I have been looking and testing so many other providers and definitely, for small and starting companies, this is the best you can find online. Even better than MailChimp! Finally, the customer service or help line is very good.
What I like the least is not having access to the Funnel email creation or the also called Automation email campaign. It would be very good if this tool is available so marketers can test how good the Automation works.
