I think it's a nice tool. He works quickly and everything speaks for itself. It is also nice to see that more and more is possible.

Pros

You can add many streams and it is nice that the tool can automatically attach labels to messages. He can also handle large crowds well.

Cons

You cannot link all social media platforms to this tool, which makes it inconvenient at times. In addition, you cannot see what you have responded to people, so you have to look at the completed messages. When it comes to thousands of messages, this can take a really long time. It's also a pity that you can't switch accounts
