Thanks to Coosto, we have an overall picture of our work in one tool. The support is fantastic. It is not the cheapest product on the market, but well worth the money.
At Webmastery we are fans of Coosto. We use all tools: from listen to publish and engage. In the publish part we use the post optimizer (you pay extra for it). At lists of the handy alerts, which are faster than google alert. Important when it comes to a viewing tip, for example.
We sometimes opt for the publish part of the platforms themselves, because social media platforms do not make all functions available. For example, tagging on LinkedIn and videos via Instagram lack possibilities. Even with engage, certain messages cannot be loaded: eg comments in Facebook groups and mentions in LinkedIn. So that has to be done manually. Coosto's competitors won't have these features either.

Good collaboration internally and with customers. I'm not super excited about all the possibilities, but I haven't found a better tool that meets this either.

Coosto bundles various functionalities, making the tool comprehensive. That is missing from some competitors. We use this tool for content planning, (environmental) analysis and monitoring as well as webcare! The support from Coosto is great, they think along with you and help you where necessary.
Unfortunately, the possibilities are limited in some areas, such as tagging people on LinkedIn. Unfortunately this is not yet possible. All posts and reviews come together in one portal, Coosto. This saves us opening and keeping track of all the separate channels, so we can leave Coosto open all day and quickly check whether new messages have come in. You can also filter to see posts that mention the company name without them tagging you. Very handy.
Sometimes Coosto throws our link with Facebook half off, so that not all instagram channels in Coosto are correct. We then have to refresh this and then it is fine again.

In general, a handy and easy tool, which makes publishing and monitoring the messages easier. Doesn't fully meet my expectations, but a tool that can do everything simply doesn't exist. ;) For 80% positive!
Coosto is user-friendly in many ways. The biggest advantage is that you can publish, manage and respond to posts for different accounts/platforms from 1 tool. Good communication and customer service is always available and helpful. It is also nice that the hook-in calendar can be added to the content calendar.
There are some snags to the use of Coosto. For example, you cannot tag people, certain videos sometimes do not work, you have to regularly renew your link with social media accounts and, for example, share messages are not visible in engage, so you still have to keep an eye on the original message. The reports and listening environment also takes some time to understand and use.

We have been using Coosto for over a year now, and we love it! Linking, managing and adding subprojects is done in no time. If you can't figure it out? No problem, because Coosto's customer care rocks! Action, reaction and we can move on. Simply well organized, we love that!
Coosto's applications are constantly evolving. Weekly updates are made to the system, resulting in increasingly better functionalities.
The only thing that will hopefully be added in the future is the automated posting of multiple images on LinkedIn. A first step could be to be able to post multiple images via a notification, as is now also the way of doing things for Instagram. Fingers crossed and hope that this functionality will be offered in the future!

Clear and simple 'engage' function. The overview of the different media channels offers many advantages. You can easily monitor all your media and communicate with customers from 1 screen. Extensive reporting function with all kinds of options to follow up your campaigns and messages.

I really like that through Coosto I can actually do almost everything regarding social media. I no longer have to log in per account, schedule posts and engage.
The main advantages for us is that you can schedule mail in an easy way. We work with many accounts, so you often lose the overview. In addition, you can engage from Coosto in an easy way, without having to log in to all accounts. Everything is possible from one place.

I think it's a nice and well-arranged program, especially when you work in a team. Everyone sees everything at a glance and it is very user-friendly.
It's great that when you have facebook pages under your care, you only have to make 1 post and you can place it anywhere. You can easily see what has been done that day/week/month.
You should be able to filter for memos. When I create a report for a particular page, ALL memos are loaded even though they don't apply to that page. Very annoying.
