What is Filio?
Filio is an AI-powered construction photo documentation and field reporting platform for construction, engineering, inspection, and field teams. Contractors, engineers and inspectors use the Data Collector app on site and the Web Console for project review and deliverables.
Record photos, videos, 360 media, documents and spoken observations on maps, plan sheets and blueprints. Available GPS, timestamps, direction, elevation, weather and captured-by information stay with the record. Tags and custom fields add project-specific context. Compatible Ricoh and Insta360 workflows support 360 capture; supported offline records synchronize when connectivity returns.
Walking (Smart SLAM + AR) places photos on a calibrated plan sheet while the user walks the jobsite. Interior Scan captures indoor spaces as 2D floor plans and 3D room models on compatible devices. Photogrammetry reconstructs 3D models from suitable project photographs. Before & After links earlier and later photos for visual condition and progress comparison.
Editable AI captions, visual labels, multilingual voice-to-text, video transcription and project-specific guidance make field evidence easier to describe and retrieve. Search by content, metadata, map, plan sheet, timeline or defined project area. Review annotations and supported measurements alongside the source records.
Manage company, office, group and project access, collaborate with authorized external stakeholders, and create reusable branded PDF or Word reports with media, fields and spatial context. Common uses include progress logs, QA/QC, inspections, closeouts, roof surveys, insurance evidence, environmental fieldwork and geotechnical documentation.
Filio supports media imports from Google Drive, Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive, plus KML, KMZ and GeoJSON layers. Filio One is priced per Data Collector seat, with unlimited Web Console accounts, projects, storage and reports. A 14-day free trial is available; Enterprise pricing is on request.
