Pros

A good amount of details and marketing capabilities. HubSpot has some of the best integrations I have seen with other platforms.
HubSpot helps track, monitor and create the best content for growing my business. I have seen great strides from using this company.
Lots of cool features that are quite easy to use. Great academy to learn how to take good advantage of all the features.

Pros

Easy to use email marketing platform. The best part is you have all the powerful tools like landing pages, autoresponders, email broadcast, sequences even in the free.
Got the hang of EngageBay in a matter of hours due to its ease of use and excellent customer support. Any question is answered in a matter of seconds.
I love page builder of Engagebay. It loads super fast and in stable performance based on AWS + CDN Cloudfront.

Cons

I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
Any interactions with any person who works at HubSpot. Arrogant, rude, condescending, lacking any understanding of business rules.
It's frankly disgusting that this company relies on such draconian measures as a source of revenue.

Cons

Some missing features such as missing Google Meet, and location in calendar event.
Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.
Landing page templates are very limited at the moment.

Pros

From a admin point of view, easy to use and configure. Provides unique field editing and list filtering you don't see in most platforms. Very good for website and marketing. Still developing as a CRM though.

Cons

Tries to be a CRM software, but does not have full customization like a CRM. CRM design for more smaller size companies at this stage.

A great CRM

Pros

When I used Hubspot, I was using the functionality for the CRM. I know there can be much more done, but for what I needed it for this was perfect.

Cons

There was so much functionality that I would get lost in the minute details occasionally rather than focusing on how to close the prospect.

More than Just Marketing Automation

As an agency that works directly with Hubspot I find I am constantly WOW'd by this technology and the company behind it. They are more than just marketing automation and bring the whole concept of inbound marketing to the table. The tool itself is far above it's competition through ease of use and marketing functionality and the academy has hours of access for anyone looking to learn how to not only be trained up on digital marketing but become an expert overall.

Pros

Ease of use and training is one of the top pros for this tool. Hubspot is always ahead of the curve when it comes to new product rollouts and staying ahead with innovation.

Cons

The CRM is still in it's infant stages and while it is a great bare bones CRM, it does not compete with products such as Salesforce.

Quick CRM solution.

Pros

Hubspot runs like a full crm at a fraction of the cost. It has a great GUI and its functionality is excellent.

Cons

The main thing lacking from Hubspot is mass email integration. If Hubspot would allow at least 1000 emails per day, it would be able to compete with Zoho. Hubspot Marketing is not priced well for small business.

Great platform to revolutionise your marketing and sales processes with great results!

The HubSpot team got me hooked with their educational material - they have so much on offer simply through their blogs for starters. Their free CRM is amazing (especially considering that it is free) and they are always adding more features to it. Our sales team love the crm and its features surrounding it. It has provided a lot of visibility across the business, helping us improve our customer relations. The marketing automation is also pretty amazing, and we have only begun to scratch the surface of what is possible to do with it.

Pros

Easy to use, looks great, awesome functionality, benefits and ROI are great!

Cons

CRM - doesn't have multi currency yet and doesn't have parent-child accounts yet. I hear they are building this in though. Also no android CRM app yet.

Customer support is just as important

This is a well-rounded package that goes beyond the principle of marketing. This great software is(in my opinion), the best in the industry. Your network is vast when using HubSpot marketing automation software. Excellent product.

Pros

Help desk and ticketing software - This helps me track all issues that have been logged as I am able to track them precisely. The tracking tabs that are available show all items that are closed, open, and waiting on us. I really do find the number of days next to the tickets informative, this way I can keep track of the days open and closed.

Cons

The various CRM platforms(Marketing, Sales, and the CMS system) are always a bonus. This allows for easy transitioning when full access to the CRM platform is attained.

Pros

It has pretty much everything for basic automation. It is also easy to use. Hubspot provides amazing support and knowledge center. This enables you to use automation to the maximum.

Cons

Automation on CRM (ep. deals ) side is broken. Everytime you think of an automation on CRM front they will let you down. A lot of business use cases are missing.

We use this daily and we really enjoy this CRM. I am interested in using the CRM to its fullest potential.

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility of the CRM and allowances made for the different properties to be added or dropped as the details change.

Cons

I wish it was able to integrate easier and be used to connected to task programs such as Asana. While it is a good, standalone program, the import/export in capabilities can be challenging when creating invoices etc.

Great platform, capabilities are endless and growing!

We use HubSpot on a daily basis. With our last CRM we barely touched it and it was near impossible to track customer interactions and conversations we were having with our customers. HubSpot makes it easy for our team to log daily interactions with customers, track deal stages and make sure our customers are happy. From a management position, reporting is crucial and the reporting add on is quite powerful and is getting better constantly. The integration with the marketing part of HubSpot means no loss of information between the two products and the automation is amazing!

Pros

CRM, reporting, COS, dash boarding.

Cons

Multi currency hasn't been built yet, no CRM app for android and no parent-child accounts yet although I hear it is in the pipeline!

HubSpot is great at becoming the all-in-one B2B enterprise marketing solution, so we can focus on serving our customers and not having to enter data.

Pros

Connects very well to our CRM seamlessly, so we do not have to duplicate steps of grabbing leads, inputting them into our CRM, and then also using a separate e-mail marketing system.

Cons

We have used HubSpot as a CRM for years. It has optimized for CRM and there are better e-mail marketing platforms out there, but to connect them is very valuable.

Pros

Hubspot is great because it integrates every aspect of its software seamlessly. I think the best part is Hubspot's knowledge base. They are a true leader in their field and are the experts in more than just software.

Cons

The thing I like least is that it is costly. They have many freemiums but they are the lite version. You get what you pay for, though!

It's a basic solution for my needs and I outgrew them too quickly.

Pros

Their CRM is a great product. I do like the CRM. they provide it for free and it's the gateway to the product.

Cons

Everything else doesn't come close to Marketo and Eloqua. It used to be easier to use but not anymore. The Workflows, which is the marketing automation, is difficult to use for anything more than simple workflows. Anything with more advanced complexity requires working aroud the systems, especially if you're connecting the API and activating workflows off of API events. Then, we have their support...

My overall experience is great with Engagebay CRM, as it provides value for money for our business.

Pros

I believe that its a value-for-money product. All those small startups who wish to use Hubspot but can't due to its enormous pricing can simply go ahead with Engagebay tool, as it provides all features (even more than Hubspot) in affordable pricing, along with all tools.

Cons

Engagebay can create a free integration with free version of Hubspot, so that a user can also use free Hubspot for marketing purposes.
