Exceptional customer support, great tool, my preference for sales and marketing CRMs if Hubspot is too expensive.

VERY flexible sales pipeline tool

The overall experience was positive,  with some really nice automation features for marketing. The tool is also budget friendly as compared similar softwares like Hubspot or Marketo.  However Activecampaign is more focused around email campaigns and customer engagement while Hubspot can be your all in one marketing suite.

Streamline Email campaigns with easy automation

Very good overall. I’ve worked with many marketing products like this, and products like hubspot are overkill for most small businesses. I recommend it to all my clients that don’t have a huge content marketing operation. If you just need a functional marketing automation and Campaign management platform, AC is great. 

Powerful, but affordable. Ideal for small business owners. 

ActiveCampaign is a great choice for those who have fairly strait forward marketing automation needs and aren't looking for something exceptionally powerful.

A pretty good marketing automation tool

I've already worked with a lot of CRM and marketing automations, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, RD Station, Pipedrive, Pipefy... and by far ActiveCampaign is the best value for money.

Great platform

We are still getting used to it and will know more when we get our first email campaign built.  We need to find out why we are no longer getting leads.  If they really want to impress me and make me glad I made the switch to Activecampaign, they should have someone in their transition team look over the migration and tell us what we are doing wrong with how we are using the product and what we need to do to make it more useful!
