Mostly hubspot has almost every feature required for a marketing software but lacks some small things also like in their email tool they don't have ''Paint brush'' option like you have in word and this makes it difficult to adjust the formatting of a written email in one go, they are massive  company and integrating such a small thing should not be an issue for them.
