Hubspot is a great CRM that really has a lot of extra features that make it valuable for whatever company uses it. The calendar function is one of my favorite.

Overall, a very user friendly software. 

I use Hubspot to manage our company's social media, and I have to say, I really like it.  Using the calendar to schedule posts is so handy and I love how visual it is.  My negatives on this are that it takes a while for support to get back to you... and you can't post to social from their app.

I liked Zoho one and Zoho Social as long as I used it. It makes it easy to connect and communicate over multiple social networks. But how to best integrate social media marketing efforts with other marketing initiatives and how to maximize RoI is something Zoho wants us to figure out by ourselves. If you educate people a little bit on these topics, Zoho can become the next Hubspot. It's competitive pricing is a great plus.

This product was a necessary addition for us as we need to stop using too many different apps outside of zoho and gets things integrated. The Social Media Marketing was the only part we had not yet added to our Zoho package of apps. It's a costsaver decision and time of course.
