LocalClarity is an online review and reputation management solution designed to assist multi-location businesses, franchises, and agencies in monitoring and responding to reviews and improving their online reputation. The platform also helps users gain insight into local search result data aggregated in ways not available from Google and other social platforms.

LocalClarity's Review Inbox technology enables clients to respond to customer feedback with built-in templates of saved replies, workflows for on brand response approval, and enterprise-grade rights management to distribute work between locations. Data is aggregated daily in the multi-location dashboard, from which users can monitor, manage, and respond to their online reviews. Reviews can be grouped and filtered in the dashboard, allowing users to view insights by territory, region, or manager, track daily, weekly, or monthly trends, and assess optimization efforts against actual results. Up to 18 months of local search insights and 10 years of customer reviews can also be stored and used for analysis.

Love this reputation management tool. The reporting is clear and easy to understand. The reviews inbox makes it very easy to respond to reviews in a single location. The most outstanding feature of LocalClarity is the support. Their response time to any questions or requests is extremely quick! The price is great as well!

efficiency in checking all client's location, media uploads, ratings and also a more detailed reporting systemTaking traditional data from the big G and also more platforms being added while adding customization. I find managing client reviews, making location data (granular and robust reporting system) easy to read and dissect to be the ideal help. New features are also being added as the platform explores more ways to make Location data for business more efficient and useful.

Automated reporting on location review & listing performance with great visualizations.Love the ease of visualizing traditionally clunky Google Business insights data and the ability to tag locations into categories of our choosing. This has made my reporting process so much easier!
