Multi channel marketing platform. Use one tool instead of 3-5 tools.

Few integrations. No way to integrate with ERPs or POS. No SQL connector.

What I like most about the software is the online reputation and marketing

I can't really quite point out exactly what is my least favorite about the software because I love everything about it is perfect for small businesses like mine and it is essential necessity that i didnt know i needed before.

We love the ease of use, the great customer support and the marketing tools.

There are some limitations such as not being able to include LinkedIn on our social media posts and having messages being delivered to one of our staff instead of the primary administrator.

Hey Dani! We're glad you're enjoying Thryv! Good news: we do include LinkedIn on social media, we just don't post to it automatically like with Facebook/Twitter. But you can copy & paste those posts to your LinkedIn page. You can also add additional emails to receive all communications that are sent through Thryv. Settings>Inbox & Leads>Additional email. Like being able to post on multiple sites at 1 time....set up posts in advance & text marketing

its really SLOW!!!! Not easy to fix even a typo....the post plan set up is not easy & notice it doesn't post on all platforms all the time. Having to upload pics is soooo time consuming and scrolling through pages of images is also challenging.

I really like how we can capture potential clients info into the system and then start marketing to them.

If you have a current client, say a parent, and that parent has more than one child that needs to be in the system, you can't automatically have the 2nd child and no entered into the system. Also, if you are having them register their children for services, it is VERY VERY confusing because the system is not set up well for multiple "Sub" Clients.

I like that this software enables not only marketing "blasts" but also allows you to send appointment reminders to clients.

What I like least about this is that although reminders can be sent to clients, they are not automated based on our schedule and have to be manually entered.

Easy to do website edits and communicate with patients. The people who work at Thryv are very nice and helpful if you need anything.

Scheduling feature (not interested in recommending changes as we prefer to do the scheduling ourselves) and trying to sign our patients up for promotions and marketing just by sending us a message.

I love everything in one place. The ease to schedule my classes and events and have people sign up where it captures there information where I can use later on to email about special offers/classes etc.

I would like more customizing features especially when sending out email campaigns. I feel limited to how I can design it with what is offered.

I'm using Thryv to help me adapt my very small business marketing to social media marketing. Being in my early 60's I'm not exactly technologically up to date (I started learning to market small businesses when newspaper and Yellow pages ads were critical). Thryv's service and training staff have been patient, understanding and helpful, even when I have been impatient.

Thryv's business categories reflect a lack of understanding of the value of concise business categories, at least within the Waste Industry. Even Yellow Pages business category research might help.
