Pros

They have been wonderful to work with. They have went over and beyond and have been very accommodating while working with me.
As promised it is taking off and extremely excited for what else is to come in the future and what executives can work now they have a great website to send all of my leads to.
Our company has used and gets great results from mymarketing360.com for years now. The re-targeting ads are very effective, the real-time analytics are excellent, and the customer support is awesome.

Pros

The integration with email reminders for customers is awesome... everything I was stressing about maintaining was brought to one nice package.
I love that Thryv does everything that I need as a course creator, blogger and business agency owner needs. It is everything all in a fantastic package and the customer support is outstanding.
I have had a terrific experience with Thryv. We will have a long and happy journey with one another, as their abilities grow and expand and as my Business grows and deepens.

Cons

Poor customer service, lots of errors that created problems in our SEO.
I feel they can be pricey in the sense that every thing that they do you get charged for.
I put myself in a very bad spot using these guys.

Cons

No traffic actually comes to your website, everything goes through a proxy fake version of your site. You have no say so in how your ads look or what message they deliver.
Haven't been getting ANY business or leads from this supposed program. Asked to be cancelled last year and yet to be cancelled and still being charged.
I was told it would take 1 week to be up an running, took over a month and was still terrible and most features still don't work.

The calendar for scheduling posts is so user-friendly and you can link as many social accounts as you need, no restrictions! Reviewing metrics once campaigns have been sent are so easily accessible and clearly formatted.

I like the ability to see real time results in the marketing presence as well as track the effectiveness of marketing campaign.

Pros

Thryv has the versatility and comprehensive functions to make customer management and marketing a one man job. The support is top notch and integration of social media makes Thryv ideal for any start up or small business to make a professional impression on the market place.

Cons

Some of the automation is hard to catch up with in order to present the message your business wants to broadcast, but with time it is not too difficult to grasp

Pros

I love the accounts feature as well as the marketing campaigns.

Cons

Integration was a little difficult, but we worked together to get it done.

Really helpful support! Great UI. Better tool for brick and mortar than the average martech platform

Pros

Multi channel marketing platform. Use one tool instead of 3-5 tools.

Cons

Few integrations. No way to integrate with ERPs or POS. No SQL connector.

We have high hopes for great results!

We are hopeful that the marketing program will drive real business opportunities our way. This is our primary reason for signing up. We also like the CRM features and are finding them very helpful.

Pros

We love the ease of use, the great customer support and the marketing tools.

Cons

There are some limitations such as not being able to include LinkedIn on our social media posts and having messages being delivered to one of our staff instead of the primary administrator.

But you can copy & paste those posts to your LinkedIn page. You can also add additional emails to receive all communications that are sent through Thryv. Settings>Inbox & Leads>Additional email. I was impressed during the on boarding & as I use I get better. I can't event get the mobile app to download pics at all so that is frustrating. $199/month is alot of money for a product that doesn't seem to be very user friendly. Right now I am trying to keep an open mind but it's tough to spend this much time posting when it was almost faster to copy & paste on other platforms.....just not sure in the end it will be worth the cost???

Pros

Like being able to post on multiple sites at 1 time....set up posts in advance & text marketing

Cons

its really SLOW!!!! Not easy to fix even a typo....the post plan set up is not easy & notice it doesn't post on all platforms all the time. Having to upload pics is soooo time consuming and scrolling through pages of images is also challenging.

Great for simple CRM needs

Thryv collects client's contact info, and with their webhooks, I can easily import them where I need them.

Pros

I really like how we can capture potential clients info into the system and then start marketing to them.

Cons

If you have a current client, say a parent, and that parent has more than one child that needs to be in the system, you can't automatically have the 2nd child and no entered into the system. Also, if you are having them register their children for services, it is VERY VERY confusing because the system is not set up well for multiple "Sub" Clients.

Thryv solves the problem of website support, CRM and aspects of marketing. A great tool to have!

Pros

I love the one stop shopping for Thryv. I feel like we’re a part of a team.

Cons

Program had to make some adjustments but customer service takes the edge off and works pretty closely to figure out a solution.

Pros

I like that this software enables not only marketing "blasts" but also allows you to send appointment reminders to clients.

Cons

What I like least about this is that although reminders can be sent to clients, they are not automated based on our schedule and have to be manually entered.

Great Company to Manage Your Website/Marketing

Everyone at Thryv is awesome! From the quick email responses for changes to our website or other questions, to the detailed instructions we got during our in-person meeting w/ one of your reps, we have nothing but great things to say!

Pros

Easy to do website edits and communicate with patients. The people who work at Thryv are very nice and helpful if you need anything.

Cons

Scheduling feature (not interested in recommending changes as we prefer to do the scheduling ourselves) and trying to sign our patients up for promotions and marketing just by sending us a message.

All in one place

The problems I am solving with Thryv is being able to bring together my calendar and events with my email marketing.

Pros

I love everything in one place. The ease to schedule my classes and events and have people sign up where it captures there information where I can use later on to email about special offers/classes etc.

Cons

I would like more customizing features especially when sending out email campaigns. I feel limited to how I can design it with what is offered.

Pros

I'm using Thryv to help me adapt my very small business marketing to social media marketing. Being in my early 60's I'm not exactly technologically up to date (I started learning to market small businesses when newspaper and Yellow pages ads were critical). Thryv's service and training staff have been patient, understanding and helpful, even when I have been impatient.

Cons

Thryv's business categories reflect a lack of understanding of the value of concise business categories, at least within the Waste Industry. Even Yellow Pages business category research might help.
