Remesh is a cloud-based feedback collection platform which utilizes artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and advanced algorithms to engage participants in real-time conversations and collect, present, and analyze their responses. Remesh’s participant sampling process allows users to define the required number of participants and demographics, with all participants pre-screened to ensure a good match with requirements. Remesh also automatically reminds participants on the day of the session, and ensures that the correct number of attendees are present. Users can craft questions in multiple formats before the session starts, and add questions on the fly during live conversations. Participants can be segmented manually or automatically based on their responses, and responses can be compared between different segments.

Participants can join sessions without needing to sign up, by clicking an invite link, and the participation process is gamified to encourage engagement.

With Remesh’s participant sampling, users can define the number or participants and demographics required, with pre-screening of all participants to ensure a good match, and reminders are automatically sent to participants on the session date to ensure the correct number of attendees.

Questions can be crafted before the session, with users able to set up simple text messages, embedded media such as videos and images, timed polls for quantitative feedback, and timed open-ended questions for qualitative feedback, and moderators can also add questions on the fly during conversations as new areas of interest are uncovered.

Remesh’s advanced algorithm identifies the best participant response at each stage of the conversation, and displays it.

The artificial intelligence (AI)-powered data analysis panel allows users to identify participant segments based on their thoughts, feelings, and reasons, and compare respondents across custom and automatically generated segments.
