What is SIGNiX?

SIGNiX is a cloud-based digital signature suite designed to help businesses in healthcare, life sciences, finance, real estate, and other sectors electronically sign PDF documents on a secure platform. With the MyDoX document tracking module, users can quickly track and view the status of online documents and automatically receive email reminders, in case of delay in receiving signatures.

Organizations can utilize EnterpriseDoX to prepare documents, add form fields, assign recipients, and modify the page layout and design in accordance with the brand theme. It includes ReadyDoX, a self-service forms technology, which enables customers to quickly add information in an online form and electronically sign it in real-time. Businesses in the pharmaceutical industry can utilize PharmaDoX to add a digital certificate within the document and automatically log important information required by Food and Drug Administration (FDA), maintaining compliance with FDA 21 CFR 11 standards.

SIGNiX offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party platforms, enabling businesses to push and pull data across systems. The application uses tamper-evident seal technology to provide protection against corporate fraud, document tampering, and forgery.
