Pageflex has some great and powerful features that give us some very useful tools in our web to print business.
We were unable to migrate to Pageflex Storefront due to budget constraints. IWay is still functioning, but it's concerning that we no longer have access to support should something go wrong.
If you are looking for a good business to business ecommerce platform for web to print customer, this is a good option.
The lack of a support page and user forum is beyond frustrating. The main thing I don't like is the lack of a punchout interface (cXML).
I am quite pleased with what I am able to do with Pageflex. I am able to fulfill all my clients' storefront needs.
But it seems the system needs to be so complex for the template function the overall performance of our static product posts for our users is terribly slow.
The product is awesome as well. It saves time and helps keeps people updated.
Poor customer service, limited customization and integration, having to use studio to create files.
Repeat processes are very easy to do with Pageflex. We have been using Pageflex for 13 years now and I would have to say that the Program has come a long way as far as being more user friendly.
We have an account person who goes above and beyond to answer our questions and even trouble shoot some problems.
Support helped us migrate from Xerox FFWS to Pageflex iWay without issue despite scheduling being a challenge due to support staff being outsourced overseas.
Inability to customize the administration side of Storefront. Specifically for SSO capability.
We can now accept their data, analyze/validate the data, and USPS presort in real time. Ultimately allowing a TRUE proof and accurate postage cost immediately.
Almost no e-commerce support/functionality for users outside the US.
The ability to use an API to interface with Pageflex Server without having to pay for a storefront application that will not do what is needed for our specific application.
Support is painfully slow. Evolution of the platform to keep up with current market demands are non existent, requesting them is met with a development fee for your instance at a high premium.

This application is very user friendly in terms of posting fresh posts on the social network. This application post very awesome posts on the social network, really impressed with this feature.

The implementation and deployment of the system is successful delivering significant improvement in the maintenance management.
During the process, it was difficule due to the time to down laod all informations and mistake on the template. Most probably, i will next time take all inclusive with data entry.
Aladdin software is user friendly, It is the perfect product for my maintenance team. The asset management and preventive maintenance are very impressive, This what i was looking for.
As per i have many properties, the negative side of it, is i can not get all data on one dashboard (I need to download on each site).
Aladdin Asset Management is very helpful to our company to check and verify our company asset and even transferring of assets to our affiliates.
I do not use much software unless there is a new and moving machine. Adhesive of tag is weak.
Great help in identifying assets and location as well as price value. Easy to use even in mobile application.
I am using to assign a complaint of analyzer if any problem on it, for smooth workflow and taging.
The ease of access of records is also a feature I would like to highlight.

I appreciate the clarity of knowing which IPTC fields we are dealing with and how to manage them.
There has been a somewhat high threshold for making changes or especially upgrades to server software. This has gotten worse after we lost our local dealer network.
We get great customer service from our FotoWare vendor (Pivotal). The FotoWare product itself feels like it is regularly being developed to align with contemporary needs.
The crop issue and the Pro interface annual cost are a point of frustration for end users and administrators.
I have used the programs from fotoware for more than 15 years. Being able to search and find files in seconds has been amazing.
If I manually choose two similar photos and want to enrich metadata in both: No automatic comparison of metadata. Configuration is sometimes for nerds - i.e. the text editor.
It's also pleasant to know that Fotoware is bringing to Fotoweb all the functionalities from the complete Fotostation.
Easy to use for our employees was the most important feature.
I really like the possibility of customizing the editors, actions and collections from each client in an independent way, with an easy transition among them.
The ease of yes and how each element is customized to suit our company's workflow.
Fotoware DAM is very easy to use and user like the feature.
