“DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH. After this organization had used the system for a year, within in days of the annual renewal date, notice was delivered by DonorView that they had unilaterally changed their terms to require a 3-year, no early termination allowed, subscription renewal. If you did not accept, the only option was to cancel within the next few days and loose all access to data. ”
