What we like most is the value for the money, the stellar customer support, the ease of use the church management section, receiving donations and the emailing and texting feature, along with creating useful forms to streamline data retrieval and storage. And the ministry articles and webinars that you host to make ministry more productive.

The support team was extremely helpful in making the transition seamless. And there is nothing that competes with the value of this subscription--we save hundreds each month. While we are not using nearly all the tools, our staff is growing in the use of the platform in ways that enhance the ministry and make our workflow more efficient.

However, we are exploring / utilizing new ways to use Tithely on a regular basis, and each new feature improves the administrative functions of our church.

It makes it so much easier for me the treasure to print the reports instead of me having to keep up with it on paper.

The customizable reports are also a big plus, allowing us to generate exactly what we need for meetings and planning.

It keeps all our records and allows us to check in our kiddos and keep accurate attendance.  

It may just be something I haven't noticed yet because we haven't done online payments for an event yet, but would love a way to automatically factor in the amount to cover processing fees, for it to be made optional or not.

Church Secretary

We mostly use it just to record giving and send out end-of-year statements. But it has been useful for looking up contact info when needed.

There are still some duplication in tying the website/app, but these are becoming increasingly rare.

Breeze makes it so easy to manage our contacts, organize our groups, check-in our ministries, receive donations, and even register people for events.  

We have used Tithely primarily as a database and communication tool for our members.

Having used it across different ministry contexts, I’ve seen firsthand how it can scale with a church plant just starting out as well as with a more established congregation.

Our head pastor used a more extensive CHMS at another church so gets a bit down on Breeze when it can't do everything an expensive product could (like tracking registration payments, for example).  

Its feature set has matured and its large suite of tools are working together well.

I especially love the feature of being able to keep track of monthly and weekly donations.

For the value of money, features, and ease of use, Tithely easily is the best all around use for Church Management.

I liked the relational and clever ways of the Breeze staff; they were and are super friendly, helpful, and responsive. But when Breeze merged with Tithely I'm getting more Tithely promos and I wonder if the original selling points will change, including price.

Clergy

Younger users are not waiting for the app to load. If there has ever been a complaint it has been the speed or lack of speed. If I may suggest an update: give permissions to receive notifications a follow up was assigned to you via text.

It doesn't have a facility management module so we still have to do that in another database, and it makes it hard to get everyone on board with Breeze.

The comparison of past giving and current giving is a huge help in managing our budget.

For example I would not expect to have to open a calendar and click on a single already scheduled event in order to contact volunteers or create a schedule for that event.  

Tithely Church Management (formerly Breeze) is like having an additional employee on staff.

It is difficult to get a live person on demand.

We transitioned from another platform that was not nearly as intuitive.

I love the expanding reach of Breeze, which includes planning and other elements of ministry located all in one place.

I wish that changing "Roles" (permissions people have when using Breeze) could be changed spreadsheet style, with the Roles listed across the top, and the features listed down the side so we could turn on and off different settings for multiple Roles on the same screen.  (Currently, each Role has to be modified individually when a change is made).

It helps me track and organize all data needed like event organizing, monitoring of giving online and productivity attendance.

I love that we are able to customize the use of it for our church.
