ChurchTools is a cloud-based church management system (ChMS) designed to facilitate the central administration of church members, resources, and documents, and support service and event planning. The software can be used by churches, associations, and missionary organizations, and is available in a range of languages including German, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.

ChurchTools includes various modules for managing different church operations. ChurchDB is a flexible database for recording member information, managing follow-ups, and communicating with church members via SMS or email. ChurchResource allows users to manage resource requests and bookings, for facilities, vehicles, instruments, projectors, and more. Requests can require staff authorizations, or bookings can be made automatically by members. ChurchWiki’s built-in word processor can be used by members to write articles, and lets users make files available for download, with control over users’ access rights to view specific information.

ChurchService provides tools for event and service planning, including song selections, service duration calculations, roster suggestions, and volunteer participation requests. ChurchCal enables the management of church events and annual planning, and can be embedded in church or association websites to allow members to book or create events. The check-in module can be used for event registrations and to check children into children’s ministries, with list and name tag printing, and automatic creation of attendance sheets.
