Overall I'm very satisfied with Springly. Creating the website was easy and so is managing it. The CRM, event and membership management modules work well. And the price for the overall platform is hard to beat.
I like the look of the website and how easy it is to update. I particularly like how fessa it is to create new and manage events.
Some (minor) features are almost there but not quite, which makes them unusable at this stage. Not a big deal but it looks like it wouldn't take much to make them work properly.

After having made a tour of the competitors, the association of which I am president decided to pass on Springly for the richness of its functionalities, very far ahead of the competition. The strong integration between the various elements allows a saving of time more than appreciable. We are currently in the process of re-registration, which involved a lot of accounting entries (nearly 200), and...
The automated registration process associated with online payment has saved us a lot of time. Formerly we used to spent about 300 hours for accounting purposes. After setting up Springly, we divided this time by a factor of 10. Transparency, easiness of consultation wherever you are, are other key benefits of this platform.
The web site part is our member's space. This is the only part that should be enhanced and give the administrators more customization options. I'm picky saying this because the current features allow to develope a nice web site and integrate the other features of the platform, but I'd like more advanced options in terms of CSS for instance.

The software had the potential to work well for our needs, unfortunately, we were stood up repeatedly by product specialists who blamed 'technology' and 'the system' for why they didn't attend meetings that they organized, in spite of sending us multiple confirmation emails, as well as accepting calendar invites (that they also organized). After wasting an hour waiting in Zoom meetings for them to attend, and getting half hearted excuses and no real apologies, we went with a different product.
Customer service was abysmal, product specialist team had no interest in helping us navigate the product, extremely limited support hours.

We have saved a lot of time in our daily administrative management.
We now do all of our accounting through the software. Membership management is now very simple and memberships are done online, as well as payments.
The possibility of manually generating invoices still needs to be developed but Springly works very regularly on adding new features.

Springly has been a great help to the daily running of our organization and allows us to scale by introducing more sophisticated features as and when we need them. Also, being able to share data access with the other administrators has made teamwork a lot easier. The cloud-based system means we are no longer at risk of losing data should my computer break down.
Nothing major to report as of yet, but more features and integrations could never go amiss.
