I dont like that I dont know how to view who has vs who has not completed the policies.

I can't think of something that I don't like necessarily.

The value proposition does not justify the high price for the platform.   We have been trying to reach customer service for over. a month, through phone calls and emails with NO response.  We are attempting to address the Charges we are incurring for the platform which have been charged  with out our consent nor agreement.

You 100% can view who has reviewed the policies and not (so long as you have the Role of Privacy Officer yourself). You would want to navigate to the section labeled 'People'. From there, all employees are listed and progress on policy attestation has it's own category to the right of each person's name.
