AIMMS overview
What is AIMMS?
AIMMS helps with monitoring department tasks and the structured recording of equipment through equipment tables. Users may select the equipment that failed, declare a detailed description of the problem, and assign a failure mode. The software features a dashboard that depicts the maintenance department's complete list of tasks. Technical managers may see all the tasks declared by production operators and assign them to service technicians. They can also report on the equipment repair and maintenance statuses.
Individuals may schedule a task and suggest a completion date with AIMMS, allowing technicians to plan the servicing process. The software helps with spare parts management by showing a list of the machine's spare parts, quantities, types, prices, and more. It also shows all the relevant information about spare parts, including the maximum and minimum amounts that must be available in the warehouse at any given time.
