Escalation notifications are provided both within the system and via email to ensure that critical issues are communicated to the appropriate people in a timely manner.
In addition, the product includes an automatic PDF creation and saving function. After each processing step, a PDF file of the form is automatically generated and stored in the electronic document management system (eDMS), making it easy to find and retrieve important documents.
