Users can store multiple documents per contract, meaning that drafts can be saved, as well as other documentation relating to the specific contract such as pricing and performance reports. For ease of access, Contract Eagle provides an advanced search functionality from which users can refine the search by keyword, contract type, approval status, contract role, counterparty, and more.

In order to avoid missed contract milestones, Contract Eagle sends email reminders and escalates alerts to management if there is no response from the initial sender. In addition, users can schedule future events within the calendar tool to ensure that no deadlines are missed. Contract Eagle can also be used to initiate pricing negotiations and performance review meetings, as well as manage spend, performance, and contract terminations form one central portal.
