Dashpivot is a flexible project management and delivery solution which enables construction, oil and gas, mining and other industrial companies to improve the way they do work every day and deliver projects. The flexible, end-to-end software empowers companies with an entirely digital system which captures what's happening on site, organizes and automates the movement of site data and then displays it in workflows and analytics dashboards.

Dashpivot helps engineers, foremen, supervisors and project managers make smarter decisions about how to improve projects and what to do moving forward by providing them with clean digital data and control over operating procedures. Users can create custom digital forms using the drag-and-drop form builder, or choose from Dashpivot’s comprehensive library of free forms to get started. The timeline view provides an organized list of all form entries in chronological order, helping users with diaries, checklists, reports, and dockets. The workflow view helps automate workflows, and enables users to know exactly where everything is and who is responsible, suitable for managing approvals, permits, events, and variations. The register view summarizes and displays all of form entries complete with photos and signatures without any manual data entry.

Dashpivot helps improve and speed up work by allowing users to fill in, clone, digitally sign and share forms, as well as take and tag photos and videos. Organizations can capture and track progress and issues while on-the-go by annotating and marking up PDFs directly on site via the native Dashpivot app for mobile and tablet devices. Dashpivot automatically aggregates all data from forms and activity, allowing users to unlock custom analytics and insights with a click, or toggle of a filter.
