Pros

The planning and financial organization helps the sales rise, helps keep good records of clients in line. Very user friendly if you know your computer well.
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
I like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Pros

Also there is a strong community that can help you find answers. Also i like that is very logical and robust, so this facilitates queries from others sources to get data from SAP Tables.
I really enjoy this product, it’s very reliable and the customer service it amazing.
My overall experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is excellent. I hope they maintain this quality.

Cons

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.
Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. Secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.
Getting error some time so it's take some time to remove the error.

Cons

The overall experience has been extremely painful. Users from a large global company are finding it difficult to adapt to using this software.
To much training needs to be done to work alone without older colloquies.
Sometimes it is difficult to integrate it with the payment system of national banks. Requires modifications and additional costs.

overall a good CRM tool

Pros

you would expect from a Microsoft product, has a very simple user look and feel especially for those familiar with SharePoint or Office, the UI is genuinely uncluttered and easy to use, meaning that adoption training and familiarisation should be at a minimum.

Cons

Many of Microsoft’s competitors offer cloud only apps (Salesforce.com), or have separate products for on-premises and cloud delivery (SAP). This similarity between cloud and on-premise can prove to be a benefit to many organizations where data sensitivity and the need to house data onsite is key. It also means enterprises can adopt an application strategy which suits them rather than being forced to the cloud for better functionality. This also means Dynamics allows you to adopt a Hybrid Cloud Strategy mixing and matching for optimal performance and security.

Pros

Microsoft dynamics is a lot easier to implement compared to other big ERP softwares like SAP. Dynamics can be implemented by your own team and does not require any special consultant etc.

If the fact that it is web based is a pro, then I guess that is the only one. really poor product .

Cons

Everything you do, changes the window, instead of opening a new window. continuously have to refresh browser for things to update. Saving did not always work.

If you have to choose between Dynamics and SAP, Dynamics is still the better solution

Pros

Dynamics does a lot of things - like all ERP solutions should. I scales to basically any size.

Cons

Though the guys at Microsoft have finally achieved to integrate Axapta and Navision and melt it into a seemingly seamless solution, the flaws of such differently constructed applications merged into one ecosystem are still obvious, when you look behind the curtain.

Not inexpensive for small business, but mid sized gets good value from it

It is more agile and versatile than Oracle or SAP, and is easy to deploy to users.

Pros

Microsoft supported, always works with other MS suite products, and it runs on a terminal server environment easing the multiple users configs (called TTS50 files) which can burden IT support. It also has really good reporting available in it via Management Reporter

Cons

It requires installation by a MS Gold support partner, and a support agreement with that vendor which can seem burdensome to SMB's.

Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.

This is a nice evolution of the AX / Dynamics software line. Faster, that previous versions. Well done.

Cons

Cloud implementation is a little wonky if you don't have any other cloud / azure implementations....

Microsoft Dynamics is an easy software of business resource planning products aimed at medium and small businesses as well as affiliates and divisions of large organizations.

Cons

Cost. Discomfort during the implementation process Risk that is not effective and adaptable for our company as it could be for another.

Pros

I would say the SAP S/4 HANA is best ERP software compare with Microsoft dynamics and oracle. This very user-friendly, even we can use with not much training and we can easily get understand by using even a month. And data fetching, vendors portalDg also very useful for the organization who arr using.

Cons

Sometimes i have to get hanging or taking long time while getting information about over 10 to 15 years data. So that process only i feel like slow.
