Pros

The planning and financial organization helps the sales rise, helps keep good records of clients in line. Very user friendly if you know your computer well.
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
I like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Pros

For our company which handles a lot of data, it has been of great help. Moreover, it is very easy to use and has room for customization.
Very good and complete sales tool. Professional set up and good connection to outlook.
I like the selection process, that your database for mailings is dynamic and always updated. It's easy to evaluate the success rate of mailings.

Cons

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.
Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. Secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.
Getting error some time so it's take some time to remove the error.

Cons

For some reason I loose the connection/Archiving between SuperOffice and Outlook - and have lost it on several occasions.
Group " activities" is sometimes too confusing. Cloud version difficult if it falls away, because we can not do anything without this software.
Mmm, I am genuinely struggling to find anything that I would consider to be a con of this system.

Abbiamo scelto questo software di Crm perchè ha delle qualità di integrazione davvero elevate. Il flusso di partenza prevede sempre l'inserimento di un nuovo Lead (persona fisica). Dopo la verifica del team Crm, il lead viene assegnato al sales che quindi in questo modo potrà concentrarsi sull'acquisizione di un nuovo cliente. Il software permette anche di verificare la propensione al rischio del cliente e le successive azioni che bisogna compiere per acquisire il cliente.

As the administrator, I appreciate that Dynamics resembles the other Office 365 products by way of administration, UI, and UX.

Cons

I don't feel that Dynamics is the best CRM solution out there by any means. Microsoft is not a CRM provider; they just offer a CRM solution. If given the choice, I would go with a CRM from a provider that specializes in CRM software. Dynamics does not have the capabilities or functionality we need at my organization, but we chose it because it is a Microsoft product and integrates well with other Microsoft products. That being said, the user experience and admin experience are both lacking, and I would not recommend this product to others looking for a robust CRM.

Great customer support during the entire integration and deployment process. Excellent training program for end users. Now that all users are on the same platform our internal support has progressed greatly.

Pros

We were looking for a new ERP system that offered mobility, as well as being able to integrate all of our offices into one platform. We had several locations using a number of ERP systems and standardizing on one system was a goal for deployment.

Cons

The deployment did have some hurdles in the way of transferring our older CRM into Microsoft Dynamics. We were working with several ERP and CRM systems.

A more integrated CRM

Pros

I like that it is a Microsoft product and links well to my other desktop features. Microsoft also provides resources for troubleshooting and tips for using the product efficiently.

Cons

I dislike the overwhelming and repetitive categorization of our clients. Our initial client transfer has taken months because of all of the manual updating that we need to do. The search feature is also very user-unfriendly. The default search engine requires you to start your search query with the start of the client name, not any word within the name.

Cons

Well all this features do come at a cost but considering that you are getting an ERP as well its worth the price. However if you only need a CRM system then there are more affordable solutions out there.

overall a good CRM tool

Pros

you would expect from a Microsoft product, has a very simple user look and feel especially for those familiar with SharePoint or Office, the UI is genuinely uncluttered and easy to use, meaning that adoption training and familiarisation should be at a minimum.

Cons

Many of Microsoft’s competitors offer cloud only apps (Salesforce.com), or have separate products for on-premises and cloud delivery (SAP). This similarity between cloud and on-premise can prove to be a benefit to many organizations where data sensitivity and the need to house data onsite is key. It also means enterprises can adopt an application strategy which suits them rather than being forced to the cloud for better functionality. This also means Dynamics allows you to adopt a Hybrid Cloud Strategy mixing and matching for optimal performance and security.

I use Microsoft Dynamics for my work CRM. It is a very large and dynamic CRM. There are a lot of bells and whistles. It took a little while to fully understand the workflow, but it is getting easier to use.

Pros

Can handle large CRM jobs.

Not very intuitive

Been using other CRM-systems and to be honest SO is the one that has been easiest to work with. Navigation through companies, contacts and also the ease to search and find for information is the thing that makes me use the CRM. For a small company that needs a tool to make all company data visual and easy to access for their daily routines I will gladly recommend the SO application.

Experience with web version compairing to core version Visual aspect could be improved

It really is the most user friendly CRM that you can imagine.

Insight and overview in all processes, pre-sales and after-sales. Better and more personal communication with prospects and customers.

Pros

User interface is great. Very easy to use and administer. Users can work with the CRM functions within a few hours. Integration with Office applications and Office 365 is more than perfect. You can use Outlook like you always did and still your emails are stored in CRM linked to the right customer and project. I love the fact that you never really have to search for anything. All parts of the application are never more than two clicks away.

Cons

Only one thing that bothers me using SuperOffice: the standard reports are very basic. We use the dashboards a lot -they are great- and there are some Apps in their own app store that allow us to generate the reports we need.
