Administrators can utilize the contact manager to track client activities, upload documents, share stock items with sub-contractors, manage users, create notes, and send follow-ups to customers. It helps organizations create electronic job cards with records, checklists, and signatures, generate ad-hoc invoices from call-outs, and create quotes with items such as travel, labor as well as materials. The built-in reporting functionality allows users to create real-time progress summaries and reports on usage, sales, wages, variance, and transactions.
Eazy Costing facilitates integration with Xero accounting software to post customer and supplier invoices. It uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption standards and user authentication to protect data against firewalls and security breaches.
